the gravy was cold and could not east , the eggs and sausage were cold the only thing that was hot was the waffels

I always ask for a wake-up call as a back-up when traveling alone. Wake up calls are not automated in this facility to front desk was called to set. While I didn't need it--the call never came. Corners of shower could have used some bleach. The approach/exit/entrance to the parking lot are incredibly rough--even hazardous. While parking lot was fine, getting in and out of the lot and onto a main road (Main or side road) was not.

Breakfast was fine--great that you had mandarin oranges! Sausage patties were also pretty good. Room was comfortable and water pressure was decent in the shower.

Both elevators were scary. It seemed like a lot of people that weren’t staying at the hotel came in just to get breakfast which felt weird.

We were visiting family with a 4 month old and it was a great place to do that. The living room space made it possible to have people over when it was more convenient to have them come to us.

No towel bars in the bathroom. Our A/C unit was unplugged and couldn’t use at first.

Continental breakfast is not good! The bread is stale and does not have a great selection. At least offer some fruit and muffins instead of Hostess pastries that you can get at a convenience store. Coffee wasn't great either.

Haley the night front desk associate was very professional and took care of all our needs!! She was GREAT and friendly.

The groundskeeping was a little under par or understaffed. The was trash all over the property that remained during our whole stay. It was warm enough for use of the pool but the gates were kept locked. The TV's kept going dim and the office explained a complaint was made with the service provider since it affected a lot of people. Our air conditioner in the room quit and we had to move to another room at 10pm that night.

The employees were very courteous and personable. The breakfast was pretty good and filling. The bathroom and frig were extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean.

I rarely write reviews unless they are a 5 star. With that being said I need to write this review so that others don’t get caught in this same dilemma. The night audit woman at the front desk took it very personal when I ask if we could get the online rate,she told us that she could not do that and that I would need to do that online. The online rate was 101.00 and when we tried to show her, she was not interested in facing us as she was very busy with something more pressing on the computer. Imagine our surprise when just seconds later the price on line became 116.00. Of course I’m not saying that this woman was making changes as we were standing there but I managed a Gold Standard Choice Hotel and fired my night audit person for boasting of this same behavior. You may ask yourself why we booked it on booking.com and stayed anyway…..We were pulling a camper in a very bad storm with extremely high winds and were afraid to go one more mile in search of a hotel. She charged us a 50.00 security fee and gave us room 303. The reason that I mention the room number is because the room smells of smoke. I mentioned it to her and she told me that the whole hotel was non smoking, in which case I replied, our room smells of smoke. She made no attempt to offer us a different room.

The hotel appears clean with the exception of the elevator.

Not enough breakfast choices. Got to the breakfast area about 8:30 and most of the food was gone and was told there was no plan to replenish. We went down the road to a restaurant for breakfast.

The elevator was very noisy.

Friendly staff, close to food and gas station so I didn’t have to waste time searching. Also they had a water pipe break on the first floor and were very upfront that the water was off but would be fixed soon and it was. Clean breakfast bar too!

The water pressure was horrible. The toilet didn't work properly and the shower did not have much water pressure at all.

They could have fixed our hot water instead!!! They knew that there hot water heater was out but they were to lazy to fix it till we complained about it then on the day we left that’s when they had a sign out stating that they had a hot water heater tank down. The front desk ppl where no help and laughed at us when we asked for help. The girl at the desk on the day we checked out laughed in my face and said that would have been nice to know when you checked in when I was looking at the sign. The night desk clerk laughed in my boyfriend face when he asked for the hot water to be fixed!!! They just put that sign out to cover their butts is all they did because they have known about the heater and haven’t done anything until we called corporate!!! The breakfast was the same every day!!! They just reheated the gravy over and over!!!

The only thing we liked was how clean the house keepers kept the place. They were amazing!!!
