The ac wasn't cold or wasn't working right. For the price we paid it wasn't worth it. The carpet smelt musty and not enough lighting. Very dark room and mo clock in room to tell you the time.

The only thing was the wide variety of TV channels.

Had stayed there many time prior to Covid and the breakfast was wonderful and loved the lady who worked in the breakfast area. She was so happy and friendly. The Breakfast was ok. There wasn't as much of a variety and they were out of somethings when we got there. There was still about 45 minutes before the breakfast was to close. There were some guest that arrived after we did and there was no eggs (I got the last egg) or meat left and they they just turned and walked away.

The first room we were given was so filthy (dirt, dust, bugs, questionable stains on the walls and bathroom), that we asked for a new room. The new room was also dirty, but at least there were no dead bugs or questionable stains. Because the rooms were so dirty, we decided not to go to the breakfast buffet and ate out each morning. All we could feel in the mattresses were the springs, so we didn't sleep very well. The entire facility was old and unkempt. We won't stay there again.

The location was great and, frankly, the only reason we chose to stay at this hotel. My grandson's baseball team played less than 10 miles away. Between the proximity of the field and the variety of shopping and restaurants nearby, it was the absolutely perfect location.

The pool was down which my family looks forward to when we stay. Also, the coffee in my room was not stocked which my husband and I like early in morning before breakfast. Not enough coffee, Not enough cups.

Very rundown. Not comfortable. No one ever brought towels. It was a good location since I needed to be close to Mercy hospital for family member in ICU.

It was messy. Out of my friend group we all had to change rooms at least once. We never got clean towels. The cleaning people did a terrible job. The breakfast isnt that good. We found old dirty socks on the first night in.

Window was broken so wind whistled in on windy nights. I was purposely put on the end closest to the construction of new condos next door. Had to ask for soap for a week before getting any.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Place was clean.

I didn't get to stay. Because booking told me the room was completely paid for. They lied. I had no extra money to pay the difference. So I got to sleep in the woods. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will also be telling all of my friends and family and Facebook what a horrible experience I had.

Advertises a heated pool the heater was not working or was not turned on and it was not swimmable for me and my children, very very cold. I complained to staff, they said they would do something no communication between the shifts so I don't know if they ever fixed it I booked it specifically because it advertised a heated pool so that my children and grandchildren could swim. Definitely not happy about that aspect.

The room smelled like smoke, the AC unit was covered in mold, the comforter was stained all over, the shower didn’t drain very well at all, they didn’t start breakfast until 7 and I found a vape pen by the side of the bed.

Pool was very cold and ring bouy on wall wouldn't stay up because hooks on bracket broken. If no lifeguard, all safety devices should be properly in place

It was adaquate. Staff person was very nice. Eggs looked a little odd, like flat egg pancakes.

so dirty, sand, hair everywhere, food crumbs on the bed corner, not working fan and hair dryer. paper thin wall! can hear neighbors talking and have their tv on or the people walked outside.
