Some of the guests were less than desirable, and many were very loud (arguments in the hallway).

Some of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (women); the night-time manager (male) was all right.

I didn't like that the halls were not connected, I had to go out of the office and walk ALL the way down to the other end of the building to my room in the rain. Not that I'm lazy or anything

We chose Non Smoking area and the room they gave us the 1st time smelled much like pot, they gave us another room and it was the same thing.

I liked the rooms being big and spacious but they do need to upgrade, we got old ugly drawers and old coffee maker. almost every hotel has the coffee pod machines.

The location had many homeless walking around within the parking areas, people going in blasting music, reeking of Marijuana down the hallway, felt very unsafe, and the key did not work well. I’m thankful my mom and daughter were inside the room to open me up.

The breakfast was great I wished at check in they’d provide the hours for breakfast. Staff was friendly with any questions we had, eager to help.

Phone USB port did not work I ended up having to go to front desk, service was poor young lady at front desk was rude and absolutely no help. She basically told me to go buy a plug in cell charger. Also phone in room did not work I could hear her but she could not hear me. Which was why I ended up walking to front desk. I drove 12 hours we were hot and tired and to get such a bad attitude and the worst service which was actually no service or help was unacceptable. We were in town for a funeral traveling with my mother who is 85 and I am 50. We do travel a lot and will absolutely NEVER stay at a Comfort inn again

The ice machine had no ice. There was a mouse next to the ice machine. The toilet and shower were dirty. The complimentary breakfast was a mess and barely had any food. There were no tissues in the room.

The room did not meet cleanliness standards. The toilet was left dirty. Bed sheets had stains on them Also the bed skirt/border had a white clump of food or whatever it was. On check in day the cleaning person left behind a rag/towel on top of the dresser. On our last night we couldn't sleep do to very loud and rowdy guests. We called the front desk more than once to complain, but the noise disturbance continued. It was 3 AM when the rowdy guests finally shut up. I expected management to step-in and apply their policy regarding disturbance at such late hours. Our whole stay in a dirty room and loud disturbance late at night made our stay a total disappointment. Definitely paid too much for poor quality of services received from this property.

Stinky hotel that had bloody boogers on the bedding and white stains all over the furniture. We told the staff after calling and being hung up on twice, we were able to move to another room with again white stains on furniture and stains on the bedding. After that we left and are requesting a refund as we did not stay the night. Location was also awful, you could hear everyone talking/watching tv in their rooms as you walked the hallways and the hallways/rooms reeked of cigarette smell.

Don't like how there's no privacy even in restrooms, (this isn't a problem exclusive to this hotel) and how there wasn't much to work with at the fitness center but I'm glad there was something there. I know the reason they put me in that exceptional room was because they don't want the likes of me booking back for another stay in the future, as if I look forward to staying around a place like Colton and/or San Bernardino, tch. Thanks for the stay though.

I liked how I chose this hotel over a motel 6 in favor of quality, so just to be a bunch of dicks they put me in a messed up room to see if they can aggravate me for my preference. Missing door lock latch, stains on floor, phone unplugged, main room light doesn't turn on, dresser drawer dangling lopsided like it was picked up off the freeway. I don't care what everyone thinks, I deserve a good quality room especially if I paid for it with my hard earned money. Had to settle for less anyhow due to there not being any other place of good quality in this slightly less than mediocre quality area. But I suppose the television works, the bed is comfortable, the fridge and microwave work, and it is a place to stay. Too bad this place has a personal prejudice against me personally. (Not saying anything about race, gender, or anything like that). The staff (with the exception of the cleaners) were actually pretty good with helping with some problems in a professional manner.

room photos looked clean and nice but ended up being a sketchy location, incredibly overpriced, smelly room, lots of stains on blackout curtains, shower curtain and toilet, ice machine had no ice, lots of individual guests going in and out smoking near the entrance
