Unfortunately, housekeeping did not check rooms were smoke free or report it. There was slight plumbing issues and had to be switched twice

The bathroom shower faucet needs to be altered. My shower faucet was cold water sign with hot water and hot water sign with cold water.

Breakfast was a nice touch, but could’ve had more options. Gym was a little small too. Not a big deal though.

The only issue I had was with my room key. My room was on the fourth floor and far down the hall. I always was bringing up work stuff, so having to go to the front desk 2 different times was a bit of a pain.

The staff was wonderful. The room very clean. Having a microwave and such a nice fridge wa a big plus. The duvet cover and bed was extremely comfortable.

The curtains sliders were not functioning properly. Heat/cooling unit made too much noise and could not make it function with the wall control. Some electrical plugs weren’t working properly either

Convenient location for the purpose of the trip. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the Dove supplies in the bathroom. Did not expect refrigerator 👍 Very friendly reception

The wall paper was peeling and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I think the hotel needs some updating to be on par with the local competition.

My carpet had not been vacuumed and there were crumbs on the floor. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Do not book this hotel through booking.com. I needed to cancel a night and talked to the guy at the front desk when I first checked in. He explained that he wasn't sure that he could change my reservation since I booked through booking.com which was a third party. But he went on his computer and said that he was able to successfully cancel my second night's stay with no problems. When I checked out the next day there was a woman at the desk and she said that I wasn't able to cancel my second night. I explained to her what the guy said the night before but was told the only thing I could do was call booking.com. So I called booking.com who tried calling the hotel. The hotel never responded back. So the hotel lied to me and I never got my money back. Also, when you first walk in the room there's no light. There's a lightswitch but not even a spot on the ceiling for a light to go (see photo attached), so I had to walk into a completely dark room. And the curtains had stains on them.

The continental breakfast was nice.

The AC was so loud it was impossible to use it because then I couldn't sleep. No fan in the bathroom, so it fogged everything up and the room got really clammy. Never got to have the breakfast because it did not open when it was supposed to. They were "running late", and I waited for a while in the lobby but finally gave up and left. I should not have to be delayed in order to get what I paid for, that is really annoying.

- refrigerator in room made loud noises - no mechanical ventilation in bathroom , therefore not surprising that mild signs of mold are visible on bathroom ceiling - dark room , no ceiling lights - plastic knives , forks etc at breakfast , which is environmentally unfriendly

- comfortable mattresses - ample parking spaces - good restaurant across the street
