Feels so institutional. Bed was lumpy

The room was old, dingy, stuffy and dark. Furniture in the room was beat up and old. There a non functional soda machine in the hallway. The space didn't feel clean at all, it wasn't. Elevator door panel was broken. The hotel is rundown. They need major upgrades.

The location was convenient as I was there for a Binghamton University graduation.

The elevator had peeling panels off with glue all over . Our room was never cleaned or not cleaned well before our stay. Hair was all over the bathroom , sink not cleaned , clothes left from previous guests .

Your ad on every booking site says you have a pool with pictures but there’s is no pool we came a long way to be disappointed

The room was mediocre. The door to the refrigerator compartment was damaged. The toilet ran. The bathtub drained very slowly. The so-called breakfast offering was abysmal!

Very old building, paint was peeling from to the ceiling. Under the beds were very dirty and dusty. Cigarette smell in the hallways. Felt very ghetto. The building needs a renovation asap

The bathrooms were fairly newer and probably the only thing I enjoyed about the stay.

Breakfast. We went down for breakfast and all that was there was dry cereal, gallon of warm milk, gallon of warm orange juice and coffee. Yuk!! This is not breakfast to us. So we left the hotel and on our way home we stopped off and bought our breakfast. Very disappointed!! 😤😤

I reserved on line...got there around 7 pm and had to wait almost an hour to get the room because it hadnt been cleaned...2 hours after being in the room i ad someone unlock my door...the employees were sitting on a deck just outside my room drinking jack Daniels, beer, eating pizza and smoking pot...on a thursday night...

Gentleman at front desk for check out was good..i left a day early...

The refrigerator had previous guest's old food in it. The microwave was filthy. The sheets on the bed were dirty/stained. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes in the shower. The guests in the room next door were very loud and sounded like they were in our room.

The breakfast was bagged. The location of the hotel was convenient.

Everything was good.

Amazing deal for a double room. The place looked great and clean. They just started serving breakfast which was a pleasant surprise and everything was good. The front desk employee who checked us in was very professional and friendly. Her name is Brie. I’m definitely coming back!

The receptionist did not believe we had a reservation until I gave him the printed confirmation. He insinuated we were at the wrong hotel. Our room had the heat turned off. Even on maximum it took a good 12 hours to warm up. There were no blankets on the bed. I called the reception desk, let it ring 25 times, no one answered. My husband finally went down to insist on blankets. The elevator looked like it had been vandalized. The door had the veneer peeled off, the electrical box was open, there was no certification, and the floor numbers didn't show. The door on the microwave was broken. There was no maid service. We have stayed here for 29 years. I can't tell you how sad we are. We won't be back.

We did not eat breakfast there. We were not told at check in about it.

First room had water backed pmin sink. Room 2 water leak in closet ended up ruining some clothes Had to get room key recorded everyday

Hotel reminded me of a welfare hotel. Appears structurally unsound. For example, bathroom door wood peeling off in large pieces; shower faucet rusty; part of the metal plate on the elevator door melted! Finally the cigarette stench induced a gag reflex several times in me. Place should be condemned. We left after the first night and lost money, but it was too gross.

The room was very ran down, lights not working, outlets pulled out of wall, big hole in adjoining room door that we had to cover and set a bar stool in front off, furniture was stained , floor hadn't been vacuumed and tub needed a scrubbing. No coffee machine in room as the website said there would be, fridge knob was broken so it froze everything we put in it. Very disappointing, very surprised Best Western put their name on this place.

The Lobby was the only nice part of the whole building.
