Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is right on the highway and my room faced that road. The noise was apparent and made it a bit difficult to drift off on the first night. Second night was better.
The room was on the smaller size but plenty bug for a single traveler and was extremely well appointed. The room was actually quite lovely!

Bathtub standing area wasn't clean,7 the privacy curtains in room window weren't hung correctly, the hand sanitizer dispenser in elevator was empty during my stay, breakfast hot items selection was limited
The bed was comfortable,the staff was friendly and professional,the TV picture quality and channel selection was good.

The pool needs more and better towels. The pool also needs maintenance. The breakfast was okay, but the sausage wasn’t kept warm or fully cooked. Thicker plates needed as well. They also need a curfew for guests as someone was playing in the hall passed midnight. Rooms need maintenance as well as there is chipping paint and dirty walls as well as ceiling.
I liked how big the room was and the beds were comfortable.

Only complaint is the room we stayed in was adjacent to I75 and it was very noisy as you could hear all the cars going by.
Conveniently located right off I75. Very clean and comfortable bed. Nicely updated. Great breakfast.

Close to the interstate so hear a lot of traffic especially in the morning. There were stains in the shower and random dark brown stains on ceiling in different spots.
Easy to find, ease of check in and check out, price, bed and pillows were fairly comfy.

Road noise from the adjacent Interstate highway were an issue for one of us, Outside exit doors from stair well needs to be replaced.
Breakfast was customary for this establishment, so expectations were met, Room was clean and all devices were in working order.

Having to get a new keycard every day was a hassle
Property is well placed in a good area. Gas station and fast food is right across the street. Indoor pool was nice and everything was clean.

Our room faced the freeway and the road noise all night was loud. Had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.
Safe spot to stay. Renovations were in progress but we didn't hear any work being done during our stay.

Weekend getaway with our 12 yr old granddaughter and men in plain sight holding beer cans in lobby. Smoking right outside if lobby people had to walk through that to get in. And we stayed on 2nd floor light fixtures just hanging off the wall wires exposed our room had a hole in the wall. Room numbers were taped with painters tape on the door. Just make us wonder how that passed health or fire inspection with exposed electrical wire. And heated pool...someone had the door propped open with a rock so it was cold in that room kind of defeated the purpose of heated pool. My granddaughter was very uncomfortable.

The 4th floor hallway was littered with painting supplies on the first stay (15th). Paint smell was overwhelming. Daughter had to be moved to a 2nd floor room. The 2nd floor hallway was also being repainted during our 2nd stay(18th) (primer was on the walls)
Rooms were fairly good-sized. Concierge did try to get us rooms close together for our 2nd stay (18th) .

The staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times and it made it hard for them to give each guest the same hospitality. They did an amazing job with what they had though! (There was an entire sports team staying as well.)
Everyone was friendly and the place was actually super clean, despite being extremely busy. (Coming from a former hotel housekeeper.)
