Front desk staff was mostly disinterested and unhelpful. When I mentioned the wifi was very slow she didn't say anything. Like yeah so...? I asked is there anything that can be done. No Next morning to pick up the bagged breakfast which consists of a small mealy apple, granola bar, instant oatmeal, packaged pastry and bottle of water. The guy at the desk wouldn't give me one for my wife. Said she had to come get it herself. REALLY?

Room was great. Good size. Well equipped with fridge & microwave. Don't bother with the coffee maker. Good coffee available in lobby. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Although the hot tub wasn't very hot one morning. Pool/maintenance staff was super friendly

The room had a musty smell at first when we arrived turning on the A/C fixed the problem and the towel rack was bent

The carpets felt dingy and smelly. They forgot to give me the wifi code and I realized this too late at night. The normal signal wasn’t good. The bed wasn’t very comfortable as I woke up with back pains.

PARKING LOT, LIKE MANY OTHER HOTELS, IS NOT REALLY LARGE CAR/TRUCK FREINDLY WHEN BUSY/FULL OR IF OTHER LARGE VEHICLES ARE PARKED THERE. SMALL OR PASSENGER CARS ARE FINE, BUT WE DRIVE A TRUCK. IF YOU GET THERE EARLY NO PROBLEM, BUT IF YOU ARRIVE LATE AND THE MAJORITY OF THE SPOTS ARE TAKEN, MAKES IT A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT TO PARK A LARGE CAR/TRUCK. NOT IMPOSSIBLE, BUT A LITTLE MORE INVOLVED.

When I first arrived I felt that the parking lot was really crowded and a little uninviting but I didn't have any issues during my stay.

There were 3 of us who stayed in one of the Queen Suites and it was very comfortable and convenient having two separate areas to sleep in and 2 televisions. I really liked the kitchenette, it was a lovely feature that exceeded my expectations; and comes in handy when you have leftovers that need refrigeration or heating. There was also a really nice desk with plenty of room to do work and a comfy chair to sit on. The front desk staff was amazing! They were friendly and efficient, and even though they were busy they took the time to make me feel like an appreciated guest.

The A/C in the room took all night to work, we had to sleep with the window open. Thankfully there wasn't much nighttime noise.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable one I've slept on. It felt a little too boxy and stiff. Also if you're going because they have free breakfast here, don't bother going right now. It was just a sack with a water bottle, an apple, a granola bar, and a tiny packaged cinnamon roll (which no offense but that's not really breakfast).

The room was clean, and the hotel was really easy to get in and out of! And thankfully there were plenty parking spots too, despite there being worker vans there all weekend.

Our room was at the end of the hallway across the guests entrance door so we can hear the noise everytime the door opens & closes by guests or staff.

It was just a bagged breakfast , no hot meal. Thanks to the microwave & coffee maker we’re able to warm our food and the kitchenette that was an option that we paid. We’re on the 4th floor which was too far to the 24 hr. coffee self serve machine at the lobby.

Was overcharged $11 from what I agreed with Booking, but I caught it and they corrected WiFi is passable during the day but slow/unusable at night Breakfast is grab and go and not much to it Sill, I'd stay here again

There were a few things like wallpaper peeling, loose tiles in the bathroom, an indicator light for a filter change on the air conditioning unit and stains in the carpet that need some maintenance. They were minor flaws.

The staff was friendly when I checked in. The suite was comfortable and spacious and the kitchenette was stocked and useable. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and the unit was fairly quiet.

The handicap room had a tub and hard to get in. Wished it could have been closer to Elevator. The room the toilet plugged up. Didn’t have enough towels placed in room and had to keep going to front desk to get them.
