Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaYour coffee is terrible. The big box in the breakfast area was awful. Your location, town etc beautiful and i would expect better coffee in Pacific Northwest.
Super friendly staff. Always spoke and very accommodating. Room was very nice, bed and pillows comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe room was not serviced as often as we expected. They only cleaned the room once during our six night visit. We had to request extra towels for the last night.
Great location, served as our hub for our Oregon wine country vacation!

United States of AmericaMy first room was very noisy and I had specifically requested a very quiet room. My second room was perfect.
Breakfast was really good: Eggs, biscuits, yogurt, coffee, bacon and sausage, cereal (cold and hot).

United States of AmericaThe person who checked us in didn't check my ID for the reservation which struck me as odd. The tub in our room was not draining properly and would fill up quickly while taking a shower. The last time I used the toilet before we left it would not flush. I let the front desk know about these two issues, so hopefully they get addressed. There were a lot of doors slamming in the morning, not sure if it was other guests or housekeeping. And one last odd thing, they put a receipt for our stay under our door while we were sleeping.
The room was clean, and the bed was decently comfortable, which are the main things I care about when staying somewhere. It's located very close to the Evergreen Aviation Museum, which is what we were there for. There's a fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel called The Diner, definitely have breakfast over there if you have time.

United States of AmericaThe carpeting in the room was stained and worn and needs to be updated.
The location is conveniently located and fairly close to downtown. The breakfast had a good variety. The restaurant next door, The Diner, has excellent breakfast and lunch.

United States of AmericaThe hot breakfast items were gone when we went for breakfast at around 9 am. They had already run out of the bacon and sausage, and the eggs looked dry and unappetizing.
The room was clean and comfortable, and it was close to the Evergreen Air Museum.

United States of AmericaThe wall/window AC unit is not as nice as central, a little loud and blows hard. There is nothing to walk to in the area, but with a car its fairly central.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and nicely appointed, but maybe just a little dated. The breakfast in the morning was very convenient and pretty good, good coffee!

United States of AmericaBreakfast was just not good. Whoever makes the scrambled eggs needs lessons - the eggs were hard, rubbery and inedible. The sausage was pale and undercooked. After the first few tries, we gave up and got our own food. The hotel is pretty worn out in some areas. An odd odor upon entering the lobby (it's not in the rooms) and the huge water stains in the ceiling by the lobby leave a bad first impression. The room's wood furniture needed replacing - it was scratched and beat up.
We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It's not fancy and a bit below our usual standards but the hotel rates in wine country in July are outrageous, so we gave it a try. The hotel is right off of a highway that is only minutes away from downtown McMinnville. By car, we were in easy reach of wineries (Sokol Blosser, Durant Vineyards, Stoller Family Estates and others are all a very quick ride), plus lots of good restaurants, tasting rooms and a grocery store (there's an Albertson's and Starbucks about 5 minutes away). Responsive staff, tasty cookies in the lobby, good A/C, comfortable clean beds - an all-around decent place to stay. We would definitely return!

United States of AmericaBreakfast - we took a few tastes and decided to go next door to The Diner instead which was excellent. In all fairness, we arrived as breakfast was ending at the hotel so food had been sitting out awhile and scrambled eggs and sausage were cold and limp...
