The door to our room in particular was difficult to open and close. The AC unit didn't seem to work properly at night.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building was well-lit and had a private parking lot for guests.

The elevator had a smell and did jerk a bit. The hall carpet was heavily stained might have been coffee. No coffee maker in room. The room air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The hotel was ok. We had a king sized bed. The parking lot was gated. They did offer a breakfast, which did have scrambled eggs and sausage.

My sister cut her hand & the staff did nothing about it when we went to ask for help in the front lobby . They didn’t even give her a bandage. They also said they needed proof that she was cut to even help her. I really didn’t appreciate that because the least they could’ve done was given her a bandage. Instead they blew it off and still didn’t help with anything for first aid . So just in case you stay here and cut yourself , sad to say grab a first aid kit or bandages before going here.

The hotel was dated, smelled bad in my room and the hall way on the 3rd floor. Wayyyyy to expense. The price was increased for Memorial Day weekend but it was not worth $244 for one night. I was shocked.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a good combination of food, and the coffee was good.

The TV remote did not work, nor did the in room coffee maker. There was no food at the hotel (hadn't eaten all day when I arrived) and would require a drive in unfamiliar area to go find some. Apparently there were some microwavable sandwiches that could be purchased, but as someone gluten-free that would not work! Most Comfort Inns have snacks that can be purchased, but not here. And this location is kind of not near anything itself except other hotels. I don't know if there was breakfast served, but I did grab tiny to-go coffee on my way out since the in-room coffee maker didn't work. And getting in and out of the door from the parking area was a little treacherous considering there was a lot of ice that hadn't been cleared.

It was a relatively short drive from where I needed to go. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and I felt safe! The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was very nice!

There is NO airport shuttle despite this being advertised on the booking.com page and on the hotel's website. For a 7 minute taxi ride, $25 from the airport and $27 back. No ride sharing app picked up the fare after 20 minutes of trying (it was 5:15am).

Room was comfortable, staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The female was very unwelcoming when we were returning back to the hotel. Then The room had a plumbing problem when the toilet was back eup.they told me to come get a plunger. This is something that I haven't done at my own home I'm like wow 😭. Then I asked for additional towels because I had to clean the plumbing issue myself they told me to bring them the dirty towels first. Now I'm like damn give me an employee discount at this point.

front of hotel faces a concrete plant so we were woken up to what sounded like a drum circle at 4 am!!!!! it was so loud, and just constant banging!

There was not enough shampoos, soaps, lotions etc for 3 adults. The toilet seat was loose so it moved every time you sat down. For the breakfast the next morning, the juices were so watered down, there were no eggs ready and only a few pieces of sausage.

Bed and bedding was comfortable. Temperature was good and changeable.
