The bfast was less than I expected. The coffee/latte/cappuccino machine made very deluged drinks. There was pretty much heated up sausage patties and hard boiled eggs. So, nothing special, but it was better than nothing.
The room was really big. Everything was clean and comfortable. The employees were courteous. It was quiet.

The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. the water pressure on the third floor was very weak. Can't do much about that.

Ground floor room facing parking lot, and only the sheer curtains closed. The heavier curtains did not, each side on dlshort separate tracks on opposite sides of window did not meet, so no privacy. Television was plugged into a lamp that was not working, and I had to plug the TV into another's outlet.

The walls being somewhat thin I was treated to listening to the "amorous activities" of my upstairs neighbors.
The room was the largest room I've ever stayed in. One could hold a square dance in there! Except for the fact that the floors creaked, it was a perfect stay. I will definitely stay here again on future trips as I travel annually to Binghamton.

Toilet seat not secure; dead bolt did not work properly; carpet old and did not seem clean; edges of carpet full of dust and dirt; no tissues; floor above me extremely noisy as if it would come crashing down; needed clips too hold shades/curtains closed; no vending or other availability of snacks/food within the hotel; overall- hotel needs an upgrade-it's getting very old and worn.
Staff willingness to help. Overall, quiet. Bathrom was clean. Bed fairly comfortable.

I would have liked to have had some more amenities for dogs, like pet treats being available, given that I was charged a $50 fee for having my dog stay with me for a night.
The location was very easy to find off of Rt. 17. It was very close to several options for restaurants and near a gas station. The accommodation was comfortable and clean.

The outside of the building seemed neglected. The doors from the outside didn’t work with the key card at all. Not much of a real issue, just looked broken.
Location was good for our family. It was quiet. The breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable and the person at check in was friendly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Michelle at the front desk was fantastic. We had an issue with our vehicle and she was super helpful in resolving it. Breakfast was fine - protein along with the usual cereals and yogurts. We would definitely come back.

The full hot breakfast looked great. But the 9 am end time was too early for us and we missed it! There is a great diner next door, so we walked over here for breakfast.

The breakfast was alright could use a little bit of improvement but it was alright as it put something in your stomach before hitting the road. As far as the room goes, it was just GREAT. Plenty of room, high ceilings, one would not be cramped in the room we had. No postage sized room here. The bed was very comfortable and large. Every thing worked and we had quiet all of the night, very important. If we are ever over that way again we surely will not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks: John F.

We did have one sheet that had stains but this was replaced without problems
Nice and clean hotel, most staff was very friendly. Hotel seems recently renovated. Breakfast was fine. All in all a very pleasant stay at very low cost
