The price was a bit high for a basic queen bed room.

The bathroom was difficult for me There were NO Bars in Bathroom And toilet was difficult for me .. TOO LOW . My husband told the receptionist I was disabled and my Disability and needed a room for my disability and the bathroom was unexceptionable. Also you should have a Microwave in the room as it is not convenient to come down to the kitchen every time you needed to heat up anything..

Breakfast A nice variety wish hours could be extended, at least a half an hour . A sealant light fell in the bathroom during our visits and they accommodated us with a new room without asking. This is our second stay there we will be back again.

The keycard only worked once ! My mom and I had to get a new one every morning!

I’m just seven and overall I think it was great . It was my first time here . Breakfast was super good I got waffles and bacon. I made my own waffles it was fun Also there was an indoor pool there were pool noodles and I had a lot of fun The suite was nice it had a bathroom connecting two bedrooms!

It’s a bit outdated, but clean. The reception staff on our first day wasn’t exactly rude, but not very welcoming. I would expect the person at the reception to greet us and let us know they’re available to help us with the check-in. The gentleman on the day of our check-out was super nice though and offered the children a popsicle for the road. Other staff at the breakfast buffet were also friendly, so it might have just been a one-off.

It was clean, parking was convenient, the pool was nice. The breakfast had waffle makers, which the children liked. Restaurants and grocery store nearby and the area was very quiet.

The only thing I can say is the hallway outside our room smelled very strongly of someone cooking. Almost nauseating at times.

No vanity in the bathroom. Breakfast closed too early it closed at 9:00 am should go to 10:00 am when on vacation you should not have to wake up early just to eat.

The hotel itself was nice. The room wasn’t great the beds weren’t comfortable at all, barely slept. The heater/ac unit was broken, couldn’t get it to stay shut, dust was flying around. Shower made an awful noise. I told front desk girl and she wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t tell anyone after checking in. We didn’t even go to bed until after midnight to know about the bed and at that point I wasn’t going to move all my stuff to another room.

While the room was clean, the bathroom is definitely in need of an update. The toilet had a slight leak around the base when flushed. It would be helpful to have an ice machine on each floor rather than having to go to a different floor for ice.

The location of the hotel is great for those visiting all of the Hershey attractions. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast selection was hot and plentiful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. While we didn't have a chance to use the pool, it looked nice!
