Shower was horrible No pressure because bathtub / shower separator was defective and shower curtain likes to wrap itself around you as you shower .

The homeless people seeking financial help and lingering around the parking lit. The noise from patrons around the pool was disturbing late in the night.

Hotel setup was very confusing. Hallways were like a maze. Signage was poor for directions. Lobby was small and upon checkin there were many people gathered in a small area to checkin.

This motel is older and shows it's wear and tear. The outside doors that are supposed to be accessed with room keys do not latch and can be opened by anyone. They should replace the room lamps with new ones that feature outlets and device charging options. Also the light switch at the door of my room didn't work and I had to hunt in a dark room to turn on some light.

I really like the fact that they use low odor cleaning supplies. Also their beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always clean. The other thing I like is the fact that they serve hot breakfasts.

I was excited to use the “fitness center” but all their machines were broken. The carpet throughout the place needs to be replaced as well.

Some things could be updated , beds were small, and didn’t fit the frame , maybe add a mirror outside the bathroom , but room was clean , pool area looked great and bigger than I have seen in others

Convenience of getting to room. Very long way and had to carry luggage down about 5 steps, which may seem petty but I had a very heavy bag. Drains were very slow in tub & sink- I did mention this to front desk at check out. All in all good stay despite these few things.

Very nice people working there. All were friendly and helpful i.e. Front desk and airport shuttle drivers. Room was clean & comfortable.

I wish their breakfast hours extended to 10 am . Also they should update their lamps so that you can charge your devices easily. Some electrical plugs were in inconvenient places.

The carpet needed to be vacuumed, the door closest to my room would not allow entry. The Internet network was slow to connect but had acceptable speed once a connection was established.

Friendly check-in, quiet stay, good breakfast with hot items available. Bathroom was sparkling clean.

When we walked in to check in, I stood there, for what felt like 2 minutes, to be acknowledge by the staff, they were so busy talking to each other about some other staff person. Then the next morning the breakfast room staff we complaining to each other about some work related issue.

Property needs a major remodel. when i got there,they said they had no rooms ready(4pm) and I should keep checking back. Asked for a manager which was able to find me a clean room but it turned out to have huge stains across the carpeting. Mgr showed me 2 more rooms; had to pick the one with least carpet stains. Going threw various areas of the property showed various wear issues. Bed was very comfortable. Location is a couple blocks off interstate and lots of shopping/restuarants/bars closeby.

Room had a lot of noise next door. Staff moved us to another room. AC did not work. Moved us to a third room. It was an upgrade. Staff was helpful. Having to move twice was a bit annoying.

Location was convenient. Good breakfast set up. Had some issues and staff was very friendly and helpful. Could be an "8" except for reasons noted.

I feel I deserve some money back. We didn't get the room we were assigned, beds were horribly uncomfortable. Only one housekeeper trying to clean, a sign of the times, nobody wants to work.

I booked a room for my son's pending major surgery. The Reservation info stated check-in at 3 p.m. We arrived at 5 p.m., a computer glitch wouldn't allow check-in, and the room was not cleaned yet when returned at 8 p.m. Staff was great, and I felt sorry for them!!
