Not nearly enough space at the pool for a property this size. People belongings on the 10 loungers and everyone in the pool. If you’re looking to relax by the pool and lay under the sun for even 10 minutes, try another property.

Our first night the lights in the corridor was off which made it difficult to see, almost pitch black - We assumed it was technical difficulties but that's about it.

Room: Very spacious for myself and my partner, it had everything we needed for our trip and was very clean. Pool: The pool and Steam room area was a nice experience and they stocked up on lots of towels with enough places to sit down outside.

The first night we checked in, the hostess was not very friendly and told us we only were booked for one night and they were full so we’d have to find another place to stay. Luckily my daughter found the info and showed her our receipt but I would have paid for two rooms at the last minute somewhere else and then my rooms there were non-refundable. crisis averted but not because of the night hostess. She also was very rude to all the people in the pool so I heard a lot of guests mumbling complaints that the staff must have changed because they used to be nicer. Also, the hot tub and pool were very crowded so our adult kids did not partake and instead went back to their rooms.

Location was fine, my daughter’s room was so nice and spacious with the fireplace on the corner. Steam room was nice as well. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Room was clean.

Would have been great if there is a safe box, in the room. The main pool water appeared cooler than listed on the hotel display.

Great location & parking. The modern room has linoleum/hard floors. Our room has a patio with furniture, great addition. Cute solution for phone charging- USB from alarm clock at nightstand 👏. The clock displays time from 3 sides, thoughtful. Very good fridge in the room. Spacious shower. Towles for the spa/pool were exceptionally clean white and available in abundance, which was great, considering the cold outside temperature.

would love to have more size inclusive robes. Not everyone is “one size fits all”. my husband is tall and the robe was too short for him and mine didn’t close completely. Luckily, I brought one from home or we would not have had robes to use when we went to the pool.

doors open to the outside, walkways only partially covered and it was raining. Shower and bathroom floor slippery when wet. A Missing tile and uneven deck around hot tub, could use more jets in the hot tub.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice Shower, Location close to town. Hot tub, Pool, Steam room and Sauna. They provided robes.

the hotel is nice, friendly people, clean, location is ok - but the pictures are very well taken - the spa section is a little less nice in reality - same with the patio. It's a nice hotel

Jacuzzi temperature was very nice but large swimming pool’s temperature was only lukewarm. Also, should restrict kids from yelling and screaming around pool so guests can enjoy the facility more peacefully.

Good location, staffs were very nice and the room was clean. Also, enjoyed convenience and selections of the automated coffee machine in lobby.

A little far to services; we walked about half a mile into town for coffee and pastry in the morning, but we like the excercise, so not a problem. The hot tub had quite a bit of chlorine added.

We like to soak in hot springs, and the water for this hotel's pool and hot tub comes from a spring on the property. The room was large and bed comfortable.

there is no shower in spa area where the saunas and pool are located.
