Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Didn't accommodate us the dates was wrong. I got charge saying we were a no show on Sat 24th, when it was suppose to be Sun until Tues. Rude and unprofessional Not apologized at all. Will stay there again.

Both elevators didn’t work. Everyone had to share just the one working elevator. The light fixture in the bathroom above the sink didn’t work along with the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a working vent either. The shower curtain smelled of urine. It either needs to be washed or changed out!
I liked the location. Very convenient and close to what I needed.

Need more upgrading, looks abit old. Some refurbished in room cheering will be good. ---Minus : Coffee Maker was dirty (very dusty).
Approachable staff, Fast check-in. Breakfast was very basic. Location was good, near Woodfield Mall & Target Hypermarket.

Room was dirty. Desk was broken. No towels by pool. Couldn't enter pool without escort.

too much noise in the hotel. Can hear every sound through the walls like doors slamming. no hair dryer. There was also no notification about someone coming in the room to replace the smoke detector .

The room was so tight for the family of 4, the desk and chair were nightmare to pass, shower unit was not functioning and sink was clogged. Elevator door was creating strange noise. Refrigerator was noise too. The beds were elevated too high.

The elevator was messy and the same mess from when we got there was there in the morning. The breakfast didn't have a lot of choices. But what kind of disappointed me was when we got to our room there were stains on both beds linens and when we for new linens some of those were stained. I asked for a new fitted sheet with the bunch of new linens that we needed and I didnt get one I got two flat sheets. One of the towels in the bathroom was stained also. I have stayed at several comfort inns and this definitely was the worse review I have left. I also noticed trash piled by the ice machine on our floor and people kept piling on to it. I understand we were only there for 1 night and we were really there to have a nice place to sleep but this was probably my worse experience.
The beds were comfortable. And when asked for new linen we got some.

No extra toilet paper, ran out in the middle of the night.also Kleenex was empty. Very small hair care products, enough for one day use for 1 person Pool shallow (3.6 was deepest) and small, worked but worked for us. Limited occupancy to 4 people and no towels. Desk person disappeared often and tried calling him while at desk and phones never answered. Hotel was warm. Air in room not on upon arrival. Breakfast area had 2 air conditioning units both of during breakfast. Take out container left on top of armoire in room. "Room service" is a company Order Inn, cool concept but you would get better delivery service ordering locally. Our pizza was very late and cold.
Beds were awesome Coffee available all day Free parking Updated decor.
