Getting the water temperature in the tub sucked. Was either cold or super hot. I think the whole faucet needs to be replaced. And I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and there were a bunch of ants on the bathroom floor. That was weird.

Our room was in a great location and on the first floor. I was traveling alone with my children and I was right by the back door (not a lot of traffic), right by the pool and by breakfast. Perfect room for a Mom with kids. Thank you for putting me in a room that was a perfect location.

I really have to think in order to come up with something I did not like. The main thing that comes to mind is the refrigerator. They really need to install refrigerators with a closed freezer compartment.

I liked almost everything about this Comfort Inn. I appreciated Anna who accommodated my arriving earlier than I had scheduled. Even after she made that adjustment, she was friendly and personable with every contact. I also need to mention the open area in the middle of the facility. It is used for breakfast in the morning. But it also available and used through the day. Plus they have a fireplace (fake fire) adjacent to the open breakfast area, where people sit and simply enjoy the fireside atmosphere.

Bathroom fan was a little noisy so while it was on and the bathroom door open the sound was grating to my ears.

Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

They had upgraded the TV Streaming service and did not have a channel guide for the room TV’s. The front desk could not tell local stations or how to access channels.

The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub and in the sink. The room smelled like mold as well from the AC.

The breakfast buffet was good, and there were plenty of things to choose from. The location had many restaurants within a short distance of travel by car or walking.

The room had a very musty smell I thought I had gotten a smoking room on accident. It definitely needed a good smelling fragrance.

The breakfast was very good! Lots of things to choose from, waffles and pancakes had fruit topping optional of course and the beds are very comfortable I didn't want to get up.

Rooms need fresh air - they need to ventilated. Otherwise rooms are very comfortable. The building need one more elevator.

Good location - away from the city but still close to all St. Louis attractions. Friendly staff. Very good value as for the money. Good breakfast buffet.

Front entrance blocked off for paving parking lot with no direction for finding registration. Very difficult and confusing. Tractor trailer parked and blocked us into parking space.

My door handle was crooked and ‘glitchy’; hotel overall looked like it could use an update; the lights everywhere were on dim setting which gives off a somewhat depressing tone, especially in the daytime—had a difficult time seeing the breakfast bar or my plate of food..

We stayed for one night on the road. Very clean, comfy, nice sized room and bathroom, closet, safe, free breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and professional and despite being full to capacity kept everything running smoothly, clean, and kept breakfast fully stocked right up until the cutoff. Area was right off the highway and felt very safe. Rooms were quiet and beds/pillows/linens were new and comfy. Free parking. Every Comfort Inn we have stayed at so far has had the most friendly and happy employees!

The Wi-Fi was poor it didn’t work in our room at all for the whole time we were there other than that I had an amazing experience at this hotel

The night staff girl was wonderful the beds were nice clean and comfortable the only issue was the Wi-Fi and the breakfast it could have been better other than that I loved it and when I come back I’m booking there again

We had a truck and trailer and it was difficult to find a parking spot. Everything else was great!!

We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast as we were on a time schedule to get to another location. However, the looks of it when we grabbed something quick was amazing.

There was a dirty shirt hanging on the back of the door to our bedroom. I don't fault them much for missing it because they would have had to close the door to the bedroom to see it but it was still a little gross. Also when we checked in, the girl at the front desk specifically asked if we wanted the trash changed and fresh towels daily since we were staying 2 nights and we said yes but they didnt end up doing that. My husband was frustrated that the heater/ac rattled loud enough to keep him awake.

The girl at the front desk was so friendly when we checked in. She had just made fresh popcorn which was a nice perk. The room was pretty nice and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked and clean.
