Place needs minor touch ups that are cosmetic. I personally didn't mind, the establishment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Friendly, accommodating staff. They care about their guests, as I forgot my charger on the nightstand, and the staff gladly kept it safe for me to come pick it up. The other great aspect of the establishment is that it is close to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, which have great environments/ambiance as well. If you want to do electronics shopping, there is a Best Buy close by as well. A very enjoyable stay if you are visiting either the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. The whole neighborhood provides you to split the distance between the two places, without having to pay high prices in downtown Cleveland. Strongly recommend the place for the all around neighborhood and location.

Loud people in the hall night long Paid completely online then when I got there to check in was told I have to pay a 50$ deposit that would come back to me and I still haven’t received anything from them about it.

There was a $100 deposit required when you check in that I wouldn’t have known unless I read the previous reviews. I think that’s kind of messed up but I understand why. The beds are noisy but if you are staying for a day or two you’ll be okay. Other than that I have no other complaints.

The price of course. The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional. The room was better than I expected for the price. Location was close to everything. Breakfast was available. There was a gym, vending and laundry.

Breakfast was pretty skimpy. Tiny cups that spill easily and required multiple trips to refill, just waffle maker, bagels, cereal, and a couple of bananas. Coffee was not very good.

Bed had crumbs in it and had to be remade. no housekeeping available so they gave us sheets and we had to remake it ourselves.

breakfast staff wasn't too interested in stocking up on items. The bed was generally quite comfortable, but consisted of a metal frame on which the mattress was placed which caused rattling noises.

The bed cover had stains and lint on it. But sheets underneath were clean, so it didn't affect sleeping. The bed frame is made of some kind of metal so everytime you turned on your bed it sounded really loud. You could here everything (tv, speaking etc.) from the room next door, but luckily they calmed down for the night.

Was exactly how we thought it would (from reading other rewievs) The front desk area is nice and the breakfast was quite good. The room size was good. Room and bathroom were okay clean (not perfect, but okay)

Very minimal towels, t-paper, service. Free breakfast didn't have much except cereal, nothing was maintained, coffee cups were out, if you wanted yogurt or cereal it would of been fine

My room wasn’t clean they moved us to another room my kids was playing football in the field they said the kids couldn’t be out the room it wasn’t family friendly and everytime we talked or played board games they were calling about a noise complaint. My kids and I was missed place due to fire and they made it feel like we were in jail

The room had lament flooring. I prefer carpet, earier to walk on. Lament flooring has a slip hazard when existing from a shower. I booked room with a jacuzzi tub, the jets did not work.

The location is great next to freeway for easy access to travel. Across the street from restaurants. The room was a good size for King bed, gave you room to move around unhindered.

All the noise and constant slamming of doors all night, realize people come and go but maybe could be a little quieter and not run the upstairs halls all night/early morning

The room that I had didn't impress me. This was my first time ever that stayed in a hotel room that did not have a place to hang up your clothes. Plus you could hear loud walking late at night (12:30-4:30), went to the front desk and complained, nothing changed.
