Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some construction going on in the area.
Good convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast as advertised. As a bonus, they have multiple EV charging stations ( I do not not own an EV, so I can't say how operational they are).

The pool was closed, the laundry facilities were closed, the handle on our bathroom door literally came off in my hand, the line in the bathroom you can use to dry clothes was jammed and broken, the lobby bathroom was a mess. The employees who work in this hotel deserve better. They are so nice and accommodating. It is time for the owners to put their best foot forward and update the facility, correct the issues I mentioned and make this a better place to work.
The staff is fantastic and the lady who does the morning breakfast was the nicest woman you could ever meet. The staff was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. The owners need to update this facility and make their lives easier. We were there to attend a funeral and they went out of the way to help us with everything we needed.

Breakfast area was small for the size of the hotel...therefore it was too packed to find a seat, and there really wasn't anything you could grab and go. The AC in the room worked fine but it felt muggy (summer in TN I guess, but a dehumidifier would have helped). Surge pricing (which I'm not complaining about), but with the high TN taxes it came out to $190 for a Saturday night. Would have given it an 8 out of 10 if it was $150ish.
Very clean. Staff was appropriately friendly. Large room with vanity outside of the bathroom and plenty of USB and power outlets. Very quiet. Even though the hotel is located by the Interstate and it was rather full, we never heard outside noise.

There was a bit of a musty, damp smell in my room, but not so much that I complained. This particular Comfort Inn has been around for at least 20 years that I'm aware of. It has the lower ceilings and the smaller rooms, but it's been redecorated, is clean and quiet, feels safe, and has a capable staff. This hotel provides a happy medium for those of us who want a nice stay and reasonable rates.
The staff were polite and helpful and smiled a lot. My room was nice and cool when I stepped inside, and the hotel was quiet all evening. I stayed one night and didn't have a chance to use the fitness center or eat breakfast at the hotel. But ... The fitness center is visible from the lobby and has glass walls - so I could see that it was well furnished and very clean. As I was checking out the next morning, I passed the breakfast area, and it smelled delicious - which made me sad I didn't have time to eat.

You had to get someone to let you in pool area and the juice machine did not keep juice cold and the only ice machine is on third floor.
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good

They need to check the rooms a little better. My tv had a line down the screen and I had an outlet that was so worn out I couldn't plug anything into it. The beds were harder than I liked. Overall I would stay there again.
The Breakfast was good and the staff was always very nice.

During a heavy rain, the hotel next door flooded, almost 3 feet deep water covered their whole parking lot. This hotel’s lot was dry, but the drain off from the flooded parking lot had to be forded in order for us to leave.
Comfortable. Good parking, enough room for trailers.
