You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaPaid $303 for 3 nights, but no Kleenex in room. Unreal. Toilet needed some work. Made noise all the time. We had to keep the door closed at night so we didn’t hear it. You could see the hall lights all the way around the door frame.
Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was basically week old bananas, a couple bagels, and some bland scrambled eggs. The fitness center was falling apart and the public restroom was trashed. Not worth the price at all.

United States of AmericaThird floor was recently spray painted. Fumes still lingered the entire stay in the hallways. Spray paint overflow on the carpet and carpet in poor condition. Hole in floor under carpet to dip in as you walked. Grounds less than desirable. Overall..."You get what you pay for does not apply here." Property could have just been cleaner. Period. Which is free to improve upon. This is not a reflection on maid staff. Rooms were clean and orderly. The issue was the older building needing maintenance.

United States of AmericaFILTHY!! luckily, once you walked into the room it looked clean and comfortable. When we got on the elevator to go to our room, we were appalled at the filth and when the doors opened it just got worse. The carpet, walls and baseboards were disgusting. The next morning when we went down for breakfast, the scene was even worse and we couldn’t eat in that filth. I tried, at the very least, to clean off a couple of tables with a damp paper towel, but then I discovered there were no more eggs left on the serving counter. The attendant was no where to be found. I went to the front desk and was told there were no more eggs (it was only 7:30). The sausage looked dry and wrinkled up. There were biscuits and gravy, but I was told by another customer that the biscuits were frozen in the middle. I headed to the coffee maker and when I got my coffee and went to the trash can to throw my trash away. The can was so filthy on the outside that I had to get several paper towels to wrap around my hand in order to push the door open. Everyone in the area was complaining about the filth. I have posted a picture of the trash can, and one of the doorway into the kitchen. I probably should have taken more photos, but when I saw that the filth didn’t show up very well on the two that I took I decided not to take any more. I said in the beginning of this post that I felt lucky that the room was clean and comfortable, but I didn’t sleep well because I couldn’t help but think that if everything outside the room was so filthy, what were the odds that the room was as clean as it looked.

United States of AmericaThe bed was busted on one side. The breakfast consisted of dry hard biscuits and a ton of gravy, no eggs or other sides. All juices were watery. And the staff was rude and talked about how much he hates his in-laws who are from Michigan (which is where we were from).
