There was no pool. The breakfast was ok.

The bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was decent. They offered a decent breakfast.

Room had hair in bathtub and a pill on floor that I saw within 2 minutes. Front desk was unattended for about 8 minutes when my card deactivated. Housekeeper showed up and opened my door eventyally

Several people came to the desk to complain about keys going inactive (which happened to ours an hour before check out) no hot water (not an issue for us) There was a decent snow storm this weekend but there were barely attempts made to plow the parking lot. Less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet was so old it had probably a 4 gallon tank that didn’t flush anything. Water circled forever and never took anything down. Took 3 flushes just to get toilet paper down.

It was clean.

Little more organization needed with the housekeeping staff. Also the Internet and some electrical appliance were outdated (Ie Tv and Microwave)

I appreciate being upgraded during my stay into a really nice room. Very accommodating and the staff is polite.

I felt like the entrance way could of been vacuumed more. There were leaves in the entrance way, the elevator needed vacuuming and the vending machine on the second floor was out of order. My room was clean enough.

The price was good, breakfast nice and it was a convient place for me to stay.

I’ve been here many times. Used to be the choose of airlines crews. Not any longer. It’s on the 28, and close the airport and to the 96 HWY & the 6 Hwy. close to several restaurants, COTSCO, Sam’s & Meijer, Baker Book house and to the Mall. The price is good.

Compared to previous visits, we were disappointed in the facility itself, the room felt dark and dingy, and the whole place felt a little run down. The room didn't appear to be as clean, desperately needed to be deep cleaned. Whenever someone around your room opens and closes their door, it bangs super loud into your room. The facility is in need of a remodel. The breakfast was disappointing, dry muffins, eggs and sausage tasted off.

The staff are always fabulous, we've stayed here 4 times now, just because of the quality of the service, even though the facility doesn't have a pool.

I was woken up at 7am to loud knocking on my door from staff. I was told I didn’t pay n needed to come down stairs . Not only did I feel embarrassed but I was upset my baby woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep. Only to go downstairs to be told they made a mistake.

No hot water in room. Let run for a good ten minutes, and it hardly even got warm. That was in the pm and am. We even let staff know at front desk and they only said they would ck with maintenance, but never did anything to fix or correct the issue. The check in staff was hard to understand and talked very quickly and quietly. The entryway and most floors were unvaccumed, besides the actual room. The bed pillows were very small in comparison to other hotels.

The breakfast could be better, the sausage wasn't that good when I was there. There wasn't much to not like. There may also be small stains on the floor that look like blood.

Room needs updating. Our bathroom door was cracked where it looked like someone had kicked it in at some point. Stayed 3 nights, but never had clean towels unless we went down to get them ourselves. AC unit wasn’t working properly and it was very warm at night in our room. (July)
