Easy check in. The woman that worked the desk at night was very nice and so helpful.

Access card to room and external door did not work very well. You had to put the card into the slot to be able to close the door.

Televison is flat screen but not HD so picture is 2 generations ago, mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, and shower pressure was a 6 of 10. These are important factors to me and they were disappointing.

I didn't like that I was excused of smoking in the room and I didn't ..The lady Barbara at the front desk is very rude

That my room key was not working and it took me and my partner several trips down to finally get a working key to a point we had to change rooms. It is also not right that there only one front desk staff checking in people in a holiday weeken! I had to wait 40 min online before finally getting checked in. The biggest thing that was scary for me was when our room was changed it was never changed in the system, when we got back from dinner we was locked out our room and was told that the key was reset for a different customer to use the room mean while that was our room with out stuff in the room.

tv…only 2 channels. Chrome cast was not working. no safe in the room unlike described. Made evenings a little long in the room with the kids with no entertainment.

I liked the eggs much better than the typical scrambled. Sausage good! My partner would have liked peanut butter. But the very best thing was the room! It was immaculate!!! And had tons of fanned washcloths and even the tissue in the box had been fanned! LA the desk clerk was very efficient and apologized when we waited (a super short wait). She was very friendly and acknowledged us each time we entered or exited. But let me say again, the room was immaculate!! The mattress may have sagged a tiny bit but cleanliness and friendliness go a long way to make up for anything. Loved the pictures of downtown too

Our only complaint was a (toxic) coolant leak from either the fridge or aircon the first night. I reported this to the night receptionist. She started a pointless argument about it but eventually agreed to move us to another room. Being busy at midnight is no excuse.

With one exception, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have been visiting this hotel frequently for several years, because it is sensibly priced and well located for our needs. Unlike other hotels at this level, the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

Some of the equipment in the Fitness Center didn’t work and there were no signs informing guests about that. Also, the smoking area should be far enough from the entrance such that the noxious smell of cigarette smoke does not permeate the lobby of the hotel.

Honestly this place would have gotten a 10 out of 10 if I didn't get stuck in a room with no TV hookup. Weirdest thing, it had no network connection so if I wasn't smart enough to bring my speaker & headphones I woulda been MAD but the room itself and the staff were all great, lovely place. 👍 definitely would go here again

There was a stale odor of cigarettes especially in the hallway. I noticed that the exit door at the bottom of the stairs was ajar. It was difficult to close. First floor fire door was propped open. I suspect people smoke outside and the smell travels upstairs.

Breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection of packaged food.

The other younger lady at check-in seemed miserable. I said hi once, she ignored me. I said hi when I came back in, she looked at me like she was annoyed. Such a miserable person. (the one with layers of makeup) Bathroom ceiling had clear water damage. It was off-putting.
