Was not a fan of the elevator to smalll I do think pictures make it look way fancier then it actually was but still very decent place would stay again

The location, parking was very tight and cramped. It was very loud, the traffic you could hear through the night and hear from the other rooms. The bathroom was very small it would be perfect for a one person stay.

I liked the waffles and the peanut butter packets and water dispenser so I know it's not the tap water I was drinking. For the size of it they maximize their space for sure. The staff was friendly.

The checkin was a pharce. The employee was new and didn't fully understand the computer system and the manager wasn't there to help him

Although the place was tidy and rooms fine, the first room allocated smelled pretty bad, air con unit needed deep clean, so I was moved to another room which was fine until I went to bed and could smell pee , I smelled undersheet and located it , took the sheets off bed, sheets were clean but it was mattress that had been smelling it was too late to report it I slept on the opposite side of bed, no biggy but mattress need to be checked as much as sheets are when washing.

Kind sheets & pillow cases on bed were not clean , shower does not drain properly, A/C unit in room wouldn’t stay on and Television is very static.

Waiver of the early check in fee in specific conditions, like travelers not driving, it leaves parking area more available for those who travel by car

Most of everything, the only disappointment was due to the early check in additional fee. No traveler has control on itineraries for flights or train(which arrives in Kansas City at 6 AM) Amtrak booking service has way much deficiencies, been the user who pays for those.

The water was too hot. The tv did not work well. There were very few channels and some were frozen.

Right next to the hospitals you did have ambulance sirens some but they did seem to stop at 10 pm.

The door had a big gap in it . I could see the hallway from the bed . There's probably a 2-inch gap in the door.

The elevator to our room was VERY old. My granddaughter was not very happy with getting on it. There weren't any windows in our room that we were able to look out of.

The service was expectable. They were very nice when we checked in and out. The rooms were okay but not what we expected for a Comfort Inn.

The staff at the front desk was very rude and stated she was helping someone but that person was at the end of the counter on the phone. She was not pleasant and made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there.

The rooms were spacious and very. The rooms were set to a great temperature that were comfortable. The beds and pillows were clean, and the rooms were modern.

The elevator was a little rickety. The faucet sprayed straight out at me (rm. 315). It soaked my business attire, and I had to change clothes. Thank God I brought a spare. The attendant said something silly like, "Can't you just work with it?" (versus a room change or credit as I suggested). "Just turn the faucet on slowly?" Said, the attendant. NO! Not at this price point, particularly as the hotel's name is comfort and not "make-due with sub par accomodations" inn. Instead of the attendant having the authority to offer me an immediate solution, I had to wait for him to call a manager and get instructions. This indicates that management does not trust its employees with decision-making. This is not a good look, Comfort Inn.

I liked the breakfast which was included.

Terrible hotel. Badly laid out. Bad AC unit. No gym. Bad breakfast. Ice machine only on ground floor. Poor lighting in the room. Tiny room. NO CLOSET SPACE OR DRAWERs for clothes. Not enough electric sockets.

Staff were friendly. Good hot water supply and shower. Fridge was great!

The room was very small as well as the bathroom. The room was cold and air come through the windows. Very old building needs a lot of updating. Could hear all the traffic from the road.
