Breakfast food wasn’t good

It was dirty. We got a family suite and the king size bed didn’t get the sheets changed from the previous occupant. Found all kinds of hair and a bandaid in our bed. Nothing had been wiped down. The breakfast was not good. The waffle batter was watered down to much and ended up being hollow.

It had a pool that had pool parties. Good work out room. It was close to restaurants. Room was just the size we needed.

When we were visiting, they were in the throes of a rebranding/remodel, so the hotel markings weren't visible, making it hard to find at night. Perhaps part of the remodeling, the bathroom fixtures were all a bit loose, and needed two hands and practice to turn on and off.

Noisy. Our window didn't shut all the way, so you could hear the traffic. Also was not near the airport.

Not as close to the airport as you'd think. Didn't respond to a request to change a faulty haiirdryer - had to ask twice.

Friendly staff. Decent 'continental' breakfast included in price. Indoor swimming pool. Decent location for exploring the surrounding area by car.

Shower was barely lukewarm everytime we used it. Breakfast coffee was terrible and eggs tasted like powdered eggs.

The breakfast normaly was good, but one day the toast was missing, the other day no cups for the coffee or no plates. Looked like that nobody was responsible for the breakfast. The receptionist always tried to help, but in the mornings there are many departures and they were pretty busy with check outs.

The location is perfect: going north or south, going east or west, right next to the hotel there is the highway or the route in every direction. Big parking lot right at the hotel, easy to park also when you come in late. We could open the window wide enough to let fresh air in, great! The room are big and with a comfortabel writing desk for computer work.

Our stop was just an overnight before an early flight out. The hotel was being renovated and our floor had been completed and was very clean and nice. The location was ok on the south side of the city and a short/easy drive to the downtown area

The quality of amenities weren't that good and breakfast was good, however there never seemed to be enough items. Parking was kinda a pain in the ass.

I liked the cleanliness and the organization of the rooms. There were plenty of comfy pillows, towels, and good-sized beds. I'm disabled so getting around was fairly easy for me without having a specific room. Staff was incredibly nice and helped with any questions. I loved the hotel locking doors at night to continue feeling safe.

I chose this hotel for the shuttle service to the airport. It was a little further away from airport than I first thought but the shuttle service was available and was on time. It was convenient and comfortable. I would recommend.

Please be more transparent with the airport shuttle services. I emailed about reserving the airport shuttle. It was confirmed. Then I called two hours before my flight landed to confirm again due to the lateness of my flight landing at 11:30 PM. I was told no problem and just to call when my flight landed. Not wanting to make a driver wait, I waited until baggage was coming to call for the shuttle only to be told the shuttle was no longer running! I was told a taxi arrangement would be made but I needed a US phone number. I was coming from overseas and did not have a number. There were no other options. I managed to find a taxi on my own. When I arrived at Comfort Inn, the desk clerk immediately reimbursed me and I was very grateful for that. It all worked out but it was stressful and could have been avoided if I had been told the shuttle is not 24 hour service.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast had all the typical items including fresh fruit. It was quiet which was helpful. The location was convenient due to the proximity to the airport.
