The swimming pool was closed the whole week. We were told it was going to get fix and open but it wasn't. We were mislead a couple times with the assurance that was going to be open.

Facilities are clean, friendly staff.

It was dirty as soon as I walked in the door & through the hall. We were looking forward to using the pool-it was closed as it was filled with green slime & dirt, yuck! The laundry room was out of order also! The front desk woman was very unfriendly, the rest of the employees were NOT friendly either. The entire hotel appears to be a bit rundown & kind of dirty.

The hotel was close to where I needed to go. The breakfast was okay...I was expecting the breakfast to be so much better than it was. On line the hotel was built up to be better than it was, I was disappointed as soon as I got there.

Won’t answer the phone

They charged my card an extra 25.00 with out any explanation. Tried to call them but no answer they would answer the phone.

The bathroom is terribly designed. The door to the shower didn't even close all the way and the bathroom door will hit the shower door

They had first put me in a handicap unit & it smelled & at first told me they had put me in this unit because there was not any other rooms. Once I said I would go to another hotel they were able to put me in a regular room that was a lot nicer.

I like the price & the room once I was moved out of a handicap unit into a regular room.

General Manager was very informative and canceled my 2nd room. He informed me I would need to cancel with Booking.com to be refunded. Booking.com was very difficult in responding back, canceling the 2nd room and refunding me. But Robert the general manager was the one to inform me, booking.com is the ones who are paid and he only receives a coupon of payment. Thank you Robert, next time I'll go direct to reserve a room.

There is mold above the bathroom shower, shower was not working correctly and there was no plug where they placed the coffee maker.

I do have a complaint about booking com. Booking.com never sent my reservation thru so I ended up having to pay twice for the same room. Booking.com ripped me off!

The employees were great. I have no complaints about the hotel.

There was a smear of something by my bedpost when I checked in, so that was unpleasant. I wish the bathroom provided hand soap. Nobody came to make my bed or fix my room after day one, and there was a crying baby in the connecting room that didn't let me sleep.

Nice value for money. The room had everything it needed. Good breakfast. The staff was really nice and accomodating and the coffee by the front desk was a nice touch.

Not enough towels in our room, the pool was broken, the breakfast was just warm, not hot and things were disorganized in the breakfast room, the staff was unavailable except for the one guy who was attempting breakfast and the front desk by himself.

The breakfast was okay, but it wasn’t really hot and it was not ready on time. We had 4 people in our room and only two towels. I went to get more towels and there was only one guy trying to cook breakfast and cover the front desk alone. I felt really bad for him. He dropped what he was doing and got me some more towels right away, but the manager was not in yet and nobody was covering the front desk. He needs a gold star, though! I wish I had gotten his name!

The place seemed a little out of date, the couches looked really old and stained and so did the carpets. The elevator I though It was going to mess up. No vending machines so that was a bummer, But all in all good place.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient next to everything pretty much.

Breakfast options were less than stellar. Elevator was working but once on it - it felt like we were either going to get stuck in between floors and noisy like it needed major upkeep and to my surprise no Certificate of Inspection postes anywhere inside the elevator . Will not be staying here again

Indoor pool was too cold to use. Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Outdoor lights were blinding but I used pants hangers from the closet to clip curtains closed.

Hotel was quiet, especially for being off the interstate. Beds were firm but comfortable. We liked the pillows.
