Housekeeping did not come into the room to clean any of the days to at least remove trash and replenish coffee.

most staff was very friendly except the reception who could not find our booking and seemed annoyed. the room next to us had children using the bed as a trampoline , not the hotels fault. the toilet in our room was not anchored to the floor.

The #122, the ac would not cool below 75, very warm night trying to sleep. The shower had low pressure and was either ice cooled or extremely hot

Phone didn't work. Pillows were not comfortable. My brother had the room designated for handicapped individuals... it was badly painted. Had a difficult to get into bathtub. His bed was too high and there was no way to get into it. He slept in his wheelchair.

Staff tried selling wristbands for the pool area for 10 dollars outside of the front desk who said we did not need wrist bands since they were all out. Might be a good idea to look into that.

I was very much not impressed with the other guests. There was a birthday party in the room across the hall from us. The guests were running up and down the hall until well past midnight and even banged on our door and woke up my sleeping daughter twice, both times after midnight. The cost was a bit much for having interrupted sleep and the condition of the building.

I enjoyed the breakfast as it was included. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We wished that it wasn't so crazy busy but there was some kind of party going on and lots of teenage girls with awful attitudes that pretty much took over the entire pool. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. If only the guests had more respect for others it would have made things more enjoyable.

I had booked two nights through Booking.com for my family to attend a funeral. Online it said the room would be $159 a night. When I was checking in, the person before me was told their cost for the same accommodations was $179. However, when I stepped up to check in, our bill was $619 for a two night stay! I told the front desk clerk there was some mistake and she pulled up the reservation to verify the cost. That’s what Booking.com charged. She tried to reduce the cost and able was able to take about $40 off. Needless to say, I won’t be using Booking.com again. I will go back to booking directly with the hotel. Also, the room was musty and damp.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very accommodating and kind. The beds we’re comfortable and in it’s day, the facility was nice and well thought out.

I picked this hotel due to the fact it had a pool and my 8 yr old nephew would want to be able to swim. After being in the pool 10-15 mins with adults jumping into the pool we noticed we were swimming around with peoples snot literal globs of spit up snot. no manager on site to speak to. security wanted us to go back to the pool to confront everyone with him. no elevators in the hotel.

Cleanliness. The first room they put us in had a dirty bathroom. The second room smelled like marijuana. The third room had food on the floor but we just stayed in it bc it was late, we were tired, and frustrated. The pillows are crap. Had to use 3 to be able to sleep. You could just tell it wasn't clean. Fingerprints all over everything and the toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off the tank to flush it.

The staff at the front desk was great. It was close to the college where we were attending a class. A decent continental breakfast.

Great hotel stay! However, place could use some “touch ups”/renovating. But with the high volume of young children and teens that stayed for the amenities... I think the place is as decent as it can be :) Front desk clerk was accommodating and friendly. I would definitely book another stay :)
