Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice and close to LAX for those only in town for a short stay while also still being close enough to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Hollywood. Great sized rooms, nice staff and good breakfast as well.

The fact that there was one small bar of soap, a big bottle of hair conditioner, shampoo and lotion but No body wash. 😑 The breakfast area was a little snug and confined to a small area of the lobby.
Everything was Great, the room was large with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. The bed was big and comfortable and it was in a good location in the heart of LA. Easily accessible from LAX AIRPORT 13 MIN DRIVE. The breakfast had a guud variety of food.

My room was a little less maintained. Wooden furniture needs some TLC . Faults in Bathroom too,needing repairs.
Small hotel, just of Fwy 105. Quiet,side street location. Large rooms with a small kitchen. Pool, very well maintained.

No tourist attractions nearby to go to.

The small quarters leading to the front desk makeshift kitchenette were used to serve breakfast. The room was so small it could only accommodate four people at a time.

Had to pay for parking.
Room was big, fridge was big, bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. A choice of scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, sweet muffins, waffles, juices, coffee, and 3 different fruits.

The halls need a new carpet and you need to get rid of the pot smell. Also the area didn’t seem very safe to walk around in the evening.

Accessibility from the parking to get to the actual building where your room is, and there were no elevators in the parking structure which makes it difficult if one is elderly or has disabilities.

Worn Rugs in Hallways should be replaced with vinyl plank, etc
Location is tucked in behind another hotel chain on dead ended street but safe. Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausages, waffles, toasts, yogurts, fruits and cereals. Bed was comfy and 6 pillows of various density. Outdoor pool.

The public areas were shabby and unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel looked deprived

The TV was quite small. It is an HD TV, not a smart tv. Parking is not free. It's $10 additional per day.
I got the suite with a king bed. The room was spacious, loaded with amenities such as a refrigerator, a microwave oven and stove, iron, an iron board, and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. I also liked that the room came with a loveseat and chase. Breakfast was really good. It's a buffet.You have a choice of getting eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, milk - 2% or whole, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and various types of pastries. It is complimentary with each stay. Staff was really nice. Great value for what I paid.

Did notice what I believe to be a touch of mold in one corner of the room. The room and entire hotel itself seemed well cleaned but mold is serious.
Bed was super comfy. Room was huge compared to other hotels I've stayed. Had full kitchenette. Would absolutely stay again especially if for a few days. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was acceptable.

Room wasn’t fully clean, found balls of hair everywhere. There were some cracks and broken shelves. The WiFi was terrible and wouldn’t connect to my laptop.
The balcony and pool view was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Semi good parking, and a lot of food options nearby.

Cleanliness. The laundry room was dirty and so was our bath tub.
Breakfast was good. Eating area was small but we didn’t mind. Parking garage was secure and not overly crowded. Room was clean besides a stain on the carpet.
