Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Being informed of the clerk's political leanings before we even checked in was off putting.
Our expectations of this hotel were not very high when we saw our booking total, were we wrong! Clean, well maintained, quiet, & very cordial staff throughout.

If I could change anything, it would be to offer free coffee & tea in the lobby to grab as you’re checking out—at least in the morning. Just a thought!
From check-in to check-out, I found this property to be very clean, quiet, and nice to stay in. The night attendant and morning attendant at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The lobby was super clean and quiet, as were the elevators, hallways, and room we stayed in. The room was nicely renovated, beautifully decorated and tidy in every way. What really impressed me (by the cleaning staff) was the design of the towels, toilet paper, and shower curtain. Whoever prepared our room is an artist! And it made us feel very cared for. We had a very sound night of sleep (using a sound machine app), thanks in part to the extra pillow and blanket in the closet. And last but not least, I thought the price (of the queen room we stayed in) was very reasonable given the quality and safety provided.

Very noisy cleaning staff from 7 am in hallways. Super low/almost child size toilets need to be upgraded.

Forgot to mention in other review that the sink was in the bedroom not in the bathroom so having just a wash would be in full view of other occupants. Not a problem for us .

Heard one of the desk clerks offer toiletry packets to some stranded travelers -- when I asked the clerk assisting me if I could also get a toothbrush he said no.
Easy to book and check in late in the evening after a flight was canceled.

Location is not great if you don't have a car, because access to the city with public transportation is pretty complicated. Even with a car, it took us almost an hour to get to the center because of the daily traffic. The hotel was a bit old looking, but for the price it was a good deal. It's a pity, that hotel's cafe/bar opens only from 2 pm.
The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfy. We had pretty much everything we needed. Since we came from Europe, USB ports in an alarm clock to charge your phone was very convenient. We felt safe in the hotel even though it was surrounded by truck parking lots.

Person at the desk spoke too fast told us we would not get our room serviced as we were only staying 4 nights. Not enough tea and coffee supplied. Never smoked in my life and had to sign in 3 places on the booking form to say I would not smoke in the room.
