They did not clean the room the first day or change the sheets the entire stay.

As soon as we walked into the room there was a DISGUSTING stench like if there had been a family of cats in there and they had pissed all that ver the carpet. That’s what it stank like, cat piss. That carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or just thrown away.

It was okay, the people next door were noisy at early morning hours and woke us up.

Long line at the only 2 waffle irons. 3+ minutes for each person per waffle. Out of coffee and no one checking on it. No fruit at all. TV a pain to operate. No iron. Some Lights in room out. No smoke detector …just bare wires. No morning hot shower water.

The juice was cold. The cereal had variety. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Furniture old & torn. Bring across from a empty lot and the old metal fence around the property. Also, the stored trash around the pool.

said it had pool but it wasn’t ready for anyone to get in and that’s one of the reasons we picked that location, housekeeping never really came I cleaned the room myself on the trip pictures didn’t look like the location.

The room was very dirty including the towels, bed sheets and the shower curtains. The business next door had a very loud alarm that will come on in the middle of the night.

bed covers had a cigarette burns all over sheets had blood on it it was just really bad just to even laid down but I just stayed for 6 hours at night and 2 hours when I got there so I just managed people arguing at 2:30 in the morning in front of the window bad experience sorry guys

there was a brown splatter on the ceiling. We stayed in a room where the ac didn’t work. told front office they came to check it out next day and it was HOT. won’t be staying here again. With the brown mystery stain and the heat, it’s definitely a NEVER again stay for me.

The first room that we were given appeared to be clean, sanitary and ready to be occupied. Upon entering and checking the room before bringing in our luggage and personal items, we found the bed sheets to have blood stains on them. The sofa chair also had blood stains. It appeared that someone had punched a large hole in the restroom door and the bath tub had stains all around it that was obviously from someone putting out or extinguishing their cigarettes on the rim of the tub. The second room we were given was much cleaner but the sofa chair had a large rip/hole on one of the arm rest along with dirt stains. We never used the chair so it was no biggie. Everyday we entered the room, we had to smell the strong and distinct odor of marijuana.

The area was a bit scary and cars outside my door at 4am thumping stereos were a bit to be desired. Some of the outlets weren't working. Smoking rooms should have ashtrays. Functional coffee pots and telephone would be nice.

The evening female manager was fabulous. She tried to make things good. Quick and easy check in. The room was available when they said it would be. The proximity to hospital, price and smoking room was why I chose the hotel. The hotel is older but clean.
