The hotel could use some updates, but for the price it is a decent lace to stay in a convenient location.

Kind of sketchy area. Neighbors were slamming their door all night. Saw 2 baby roaches in the bathroom in the morning. Only 4 stations on the tv worked. Breakfast was ok, not the best

The hotel is old and run down. The elevator has not been working for a long time so you have to haul all your stuff up and down three flights of stairs. The gate to the parking area also does not work and the area of town isn’t the safest. Otherwise, the bathroom is old and with exposed pipes and black in the corners of the tub. The carpet in the hallway is torn. There were several people it seemed were living there and they were out in the halls late at night upon my arrival. The noise from the highway was also very loud.

The bed was comfortable and they had black out curtains. They also served breakfast.

Paid for a king suite room, the sink literally broke about 4-5 days into a 2 week stay. We got downgraded to a smaller room for the rest of the stay in a room with some different damage to the bathroom and WOULDN'T connect to its own wifi at all, and weren't even offered some type of compensation for the room switch. Also didn't have water for a day. It was okay but disappointing, to say the least.

The rooms were pretty nice and clean. No bugs. And the staff was pretty chill and helpful for the most part. The location was nice as well.

Problems with doors locking and closing, breakfast had one waffle iron that was in need of replacing which caused long wait to use because it heated up slow, our hall had a strong odor that was unpleasant, would not give enough towels out

bed could've been softer. There were holes in the blanket,than they asked for a deposit which at all the other comfort inn I've been to never did even thou i paid in full i felt like it was a not racist but a uncomfortable feeling because we were the only ones asked to leave a deposit but anyways i will continue to stay at others just improve the bed and you all didn't have a caddy to put our luggage on also the curtains should be able to close i mean sun was all in my face i had to take the sheet off of the bed and hang it on the window the tv remote wouldnt work nor did the channels line up i had to keep strolling to find the right channel

We were initially in room 118 and had difficulty with the shower. There was no running hot water. We had to go to a different room. The woman working the front desk was very sweet and moved us without any issues. also, the first room that we got, the floor was all wet. It was an uncomfortable feeling because it’s carpet so all of our socks got wet. We had no idea what was on the floor. The second room sheets were stained. They had some grey stains all over them

the morning crew was horrible, I stood at the counter for about 5-10 minutes waiting for someone and when the 2 ladies came to the front neither one acknowledged that I was there.
