Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was okay. We got there one hour before the end of breakfast and many items were completely gone. We were hoping for some hot items such as waffles, eggs, etc. It was mostly bagels, pastries, some cereal and fruit.
The beds were super comfy! The check in process was seamless and our room were very clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our room and the location. Would recommend this hotel if you are stayingin the Mesa area.

Breakfast was on the lean side.
For my situation the location was excellent right on the light rail line. Staff was very accommodating.

No microwave in the president suite. $100 deposit in addition to my pre paid for room. I wanted to extend my stay but they wanted to up charge me for double the price. No other options were given. Missed upgrade opportunity
Towels were the best I have ever seen. Thick and ex large size. Shower head outstanding.

It would've been nice if the room had a microwave. The breakfast was okay. I don't eat a big breakfast so the options they had were good.
This room was very comfortable and very clean. I was able to see my car from my window. I had good access to my room from were I parked my car. They do have a refrigerator and kerig but no microwave. The bed was okay. The pillows were fluffy. The shower had good water pressure and the water stayed hot the whole time. I had a really nice stay.

As above..the pillows
The bed was fabulous, mattress bedding comfort all an A+. Pillows obviously are high quality but so thick we couldn't use them. We both got neck aches within 10 min.

Our room was almost perfect. We only had two problems. The first was the heater/air conditioner. It was loud. We got used to it. The second problem was the bed. Every time we moved the frame made crackling and scraping sounds that frequently woke us up. In addition, the pillows were not comfortable. We let the front office know that and they said they would check it out right away. The only other comment I'll make isn't the hotels problem. It isn't in the best part of town. If you're looking for an upscale neighborhood, this isn't it. However, it was close to where we needed to be.
The hotel was small and that's good. There was less noise than with larger hotels. It was very clean. The spa and pool were in great repair. Morning breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The online photos show you exactly what you can expect.

Walls are a bit thin so we could hear other guests in the evenings.
Nice cozy hotel but the room was spacious and looked exactly a pictured. Breakfast selection was very good and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The price is kind of high for the rroom. It was hot at night. I found lint balls inside my sheets two days in a roll.
The liocation is nice. Not very far from the hotel. My spouse & son like the cold breakfast cereal, bagels and juices. I like the decaf coffe & tea. Would prefer to have an omlette rather than cold hard boiled eggs. Just my suggestion. Not a complaint at all.

I would have liked a little more variety for breakfast. I enjoy hotels that have a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. During the week, I had a hard boiled egg with peanut butter toast. My wife had an egg with bagel & cream cheese.
Convenient location for driving to my meetings. The bed was comfortable. They were generous with the k-cups in room. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning and replacing towels each day. Desk staff very friendly.

Location was eastern side of Mesa...and one needed to drive a distance to major Phoenix activities. It was immediately adjacent the light rail...if that is important to guests...but generally greater Phoenix is an automobile town. Breakfast was situated directly in the hotel lobby...and provisions were just "so - so."
Very nice hotel with well appointed room.
