We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn't really feel safe. The backdoor has a key card scanner but we never had to use our card to open it. So people could have just walked in through the back door. Also my room was just kind of run down, not horrible, but it needed a good clean and some minor repairs. Lastly, at breakfast some employee (I think the manager) came in a kind of yelled to no one in particular to keep the breakfast serving containers closed. It was kind of passive aggressive and honestly made me not want to eat breakfast there anymore.
My daughter liked the pool. The guy at the front desk was nice.

United States of AmericaWell if they would've cleaned b4i checks in that would've helped. Multiple long hairs an on the bathroom and shower, prescription eardrops from the previous client I'm the floor by the bed. The parking lot was like a night club every night. And the ice machine didn't work.
Breakfast was horrible, watery scrambled eggs and something that resembled gravy. The apple juice was nothing but water as well.

United States of AmericaFront Desk personnel was abundant Friday around noon. It was basically non existent any other time. I found a phone in the parking lot. Went to the Front Desk to turn it in & was 3rd in line waiting for a Front Desk employee! An employee went in the doorway of the Front Desk Office to tell them we were waiting. They still didn’t come out after 2 minutes! I left & turned the phone in later. Our room wasn’t cleaned Friday; although, our “Do Not Disturb sign was NOT on the door. When I checked out, I had to ask for a receipt! When we first got there, we parked in the back. There were 3 individuals sitting in separate cars. One individual went in and sat on the stairs. When we got out of our car. The other 2 individuals got out of their cars and went in. One sat on the stairs with the other individual already on the stairs. They were on their phones when we walked up the stairs. It was weird & I felt uncomfortable. I later found out two of the individuals were employees & one was sitting on the stairs. Is there no break room??? Would not stay here again.
Indoor pool; although there were no towels at 9:05am, Saturday morning, with 12 people in the pool. I went to the Front Desk to ask for towels. Thee Front Desk employee told me to go down to Laundry to get them!!!!! I asked Laundry for towels and got 2.

The hot tub was down but the pool was open so that was great, most especially for the kids. Could use a little more work on the building and housekeeping but we got what we paid for. Great time with the family is all that mattered and is what we got!

United States of AmericaWe booked the hottub room, and not only did it look NOTHING like the pictures, Upon arrival, I explained to the clerk that the hottub had standing water and didn't look clean. He just argued that it was cleaned everyday, it definitely wasn't. Would have appreciated better service for the price we paid. Also, the pool was down , and we were quite disappointed, we planned on using it, and the website didn't mention it being down. Ohh and I forgot to mention that 2 out of 4 lamps didn't work or didn't have lightbulb 🫤

United States of AmericaThe rooms were not ready. My friend arrived 2 hours after check-in and still had to wait an additional hour for her room to be cleaned. The guy Romario at the desk was rude when speaking over the phone, had poor active listening skills & lacked good communication skills which are required for customer service & hospitality positions.
The hotel was very clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels! Is nice but to have to keep asking for more towels.

United States of AmericaThe area seemed a little sketchy. The rooms, especially the bathroom, could have stood to be a little cleaner. I thought the indoor pool was supposed to be heated but it was a bit cool. Kids enjoyed it anyway... desk service was decent but he was training which took extra time and there was a long line.
Laundry services were decent, we enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub, rooms next to each other, elevator available, breakfast was decent for continental breakfast

United States of AmericaThe air, I felt, didn't get as cold as I would have liked. The breakfast wasn't hot. People were hanging out at the entrance smoking and it didn't present a welcoming vibe when pulling up.
The beds were extremely comfortable. It was stocked with sufficient towels. The ice was located at a central location to all the rooms. Overall, my experience was great.

United States of AmericaWhile the hotel is under renovation, it needs to be cleaned. The back main entrance hasn't been swept or vacuumed in a while. Dirt and debris were lying on the floor; the trash cans were completely full and smelled. I understand the hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but if the quality is kept up, customers will keep up with the expectation.
The rooms were spacious. Probably the most space of any other hotel I've visited in a while.

United States of AmericaHowever, the hotel was under renovation and the bathroom had old wiring from previous lighting (or maybe for new lighting) exposed. No mirror in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was sub standard. The sausage patties were all burnt, had to pick and choose a less burnt one. No breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and the scrambled eggs were watery.
I like the quick on and off the exit of the location.
