The shuttle did not show up our last evening there to get us back to the hotel. We had had wonderful luck with it until then. It was a different shuttle drive from the ones we had had the rest of our stay. We had to Uber back to the hotel after waiting for over a hour for the shuttle to show up.

The location was good. The shuttle was great. The shuttle driver was so nice. It was nice to save money and use the shuttle to get to downtown.

Upon arrival, front desk check in person not very friendly, could have been having a bad day but I’m a guest staying in your hotel., so come on be a little nicer. Room we were given floor was very greasy and slippery was in the basement on first floor , only had 13 tv channels and none matched what channel it said On the tv, weird. We asked for a different room was put on the second floor by the lobby and was much nicer room , cleaner , smelled better and had all the tv channels. Staff was friendly our entire 3 day stay, Shuttle drivers were great that we had , very friendly, also close Uber ride to downtown if you miss the shuttle or coming back in late night. Right across the street from the Stadium if you are in town for a Titans game.

Shower door would not stay closed when taking shower; not enough sockets in the room. Huge room and no sockets. No towel racks in bathroom. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, just no place to hang them.

Location next to Nissan stadium and free shuttle to downtown; pool for cooling off. Lemon water in lobby each afternoon.

Our window was leaking water however when mentioned at the desk it was dealt with straight away by the maintenance guy. Room was a little noisy also as there was a busy highway behind it

Woke up to an ant infestation around our pizza box - hundreds of them. Squeaky beds. Damp smell in room.

Easy access to broadway - 20 minute walk. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Free shuttle - although we didn’t use it. Friendly staff.

When I booked I wanted couch or similar and city view, the description stated sitting area and city view, what we got was a dirty broken office chair that leaned forward almost dumped me out of it lol and a small little bench, the city view was a view of the arena and slivers of bridge, we also got one huge Roach that we finally killed, a centipede he went down the toilet and 2 crickets we set them free. I understand some bugs, unfortunately, as they could have come on vacay with the guest before us this Roach you could have put a leash on it and led it around town lmao but the room was clean, fridge was clean, bathroom was very clean as I bring clorox wipes and nothing came off anywhere I wiped...and BED was very comfy, no stains, bed linens I usually sleep on top of and under blankets I bring but theirs looked and felt new and clean so I didn't feel the need to use mine which was very unusual the filters in air-conditioning were CLEAN!!!

Was a little outdated. Ice machine was broken by our room. Glass shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Bathroom was an odd set up.

Perfect location to Nissan Stadium. Loved that they had a shuttle to take us over to Broadway. Comfortable room. Staff was great and very helpful.
