The pool was closed the whole time we were there. The people at the front desk weren’t very friendly.

Breakfast was standard, wide variety of items,hot sausage and eggs. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was very good. Close to BYU and lots of shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Good location for "through" travel. Plenty of places to eat around it. Room was comfortable and cool.

When we arrived there was a problem with our door lock. It was like this for 2 days before it was fixed. The solution from the front desk was to push the lock over and leave the door propped open. If we ended up shutting the door we had to have a staff member come and unlock it manually. It was a huge inconvenience.

The hotel in a great location to downtown Orem. There are a lot of great places to eat, explore, and hike. The nearby waterpark and jump park were fun for all ages. Check out Groupon for discounts in the area.

The location was very convenient, just off of interstate 15. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful when asked. The room was comfortable, albeit a bit noisy with the folks upstairs. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion in the room. Which makes me wonder about housekeeping but the bed seemed clean. overall it was a great value.

Tub with shower instead of shower stall. Alarm clock was broken and the desk couldn’t find another. I was able to get a 4am wake-up however.

There were groups of people laughing and talking loudly in the hall between rooms. I went out once to tell them we were trying to sleep, but they didn't really pay attention. Eventually they quieted down, but it would have been nice if the hotel staff would have managed the situation without my having to get involved.

The college kids were annoying, but not the motel’s fault.

The property was close to the freeway. It was close to Walmart and different restaurants.

We were greeted by a front desk clerk that was hacking repeatedly and got heavily winded mopping up a small spill. She said it was allergies, but I kept my distance as much as I could. It was hard, because I had to go to the front desk 2 times after my initial check in in the first night to get my keys to work. The next night, I had the same issue with the keys. The bathroom was huge, but had no counter. I had to set up the ironing board just to have a place to put stuff. My last night there were 2 stains on the fitted sheet, and one them looked like blood. They had been washed, but it was still gross! I know you can't control the people who stay there, but there were people on our floor with us, and eating breakfast with us who made me very uncomfortable to be around them. One had an ankle monitor, and I'm pretty sure another was a meth addict. They were in separate rooms, not part of the same party.

The breakfast selection was good. This was close to all of the things we wanted to do in Orem and Provo. The bed was comfortable. It was always easy to find a parking spot. It was pretty clean.

air conditioning system is dated. Only on/off controls and no auto temp controlled thermostat.

The breakfast lacked variety. It would be nice if they had one or two more carts for luggage.

Would have appreciated being info abt breakfast and location of ice machine at check-in. We had to come back and ask abt those. I didn’t understand where to place my bowl to get dry cereal so I made a mess. A note indicating where to put the bowl would be helpful.

Great breakfast. Location good after we got there. Seemed a little hidden before as we were driving there.

Didn't have any issues or complaints except the front desk person often did not answer the phone and when I arrived, another couple was waiting in the lobby for a long time before anyone came to the front desk.

The hotel was clean, not crowded, perfect handy location close to the airport, and a great value for the price. Everything I come to expect because I consistently get it from Comfort Suites !! Wonderful stay !! We stayed here on our way into Utah and also again the night before our flight out.

Didn't like having to backtrack 5miles on the freeway to access the turnoff for the hotel. It was also noisy, no insulation between rooms especially shower and bath tub noise. Also could hear hallway noise, i.e. walking, voices etc.

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.
