Smell of weed in room, dirty carpet, uncomfortable sofa bed, tv remote didnt work.

The bed sheets were dirty and the TV had a very visible crack in it.

I liked that the bed was comfortable and there were no bugs.

The hotel room had roaches. They did not discuss the security deposit over the phone, they wait until you check in and have paid for the room. It’s $100, which atleast should be discussed prior. Especially if you are traveling from out of town.

Pool wasn’t heated, elevator was dirty, breakfast was okay , orange juice was watered down, the room was out dated . Hotel staffed tried to put us in a double bed after I paid for a king bed.

Strong sent of weed throughout the whole hotel, but it was really strong in the bathroom in the room. I think it was coming from a room above my room and it was filtering through the air vent. It was so strong it gave me a headache. I feel like hotels should really crack down on this and not allow people to smoke weed indoors, just like they do with cigarettes. It’s still illegal in most places and is a disturbance to people who don’t smoke weed. The smell is horrendous 🤢

My room was clean and bed was comfy enough for one night. The hotel was quiet and in a great location.

No posted guide for the TV channels, a member of the staff entered my room unannounced on Saturday morning to ask me if I was staying another night after my card was charged for two nights before I stayed one night. That same staff member came to my room 30 minutes before check out time, sunday morning, to ask if l was checking out. They also repeated ask me my room number. The water in the shower didn't get hot enough. I also sniffed and sneezed only while I was in the room.

There was no gym which was the #1 reason I chose the hotel and the pool was cold. I asked was it heated before booking the pool. It was too cold for my family to use.

They charged my card 3 times, there was a moldy avocado in the room, the floor was soaking wet by the AC.

Our room was nice and cool, but the entire rest of the public areas in the hotel were uncomfortably warm! Our bed wasn’t made up for the second night, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, carpet stained throughout hotel and stains on the ceilings. Staff at breakfast very unfriendly, but the food was pretty good. Needs free shuttle service to the stadium!!

Our room had NO AC- it is JULY and HOTTTT! There was a portable unit brought in, but it only cooled the bedroom, the "living area" where our children had to sleep was hot and stuffy, we had to go get a fan, to feel half way comfortable to sleep. Staff at desk were dismissive at best and flat out rude at worst. On the day of checkout we had to knock on the counter to get the guy's attention that was sitting right in front of us playing on his phone and never even realized we had walked up several minutes prior.

The hotel is well kept- enough. There was nothing outstanding about this stay.

So much… Supervisor was rude, very condescending and spoke to people as if we worked for her at the motel. Called ahead to insure the pool was open and available, I was told that it was, definitely was not, it was closed both days were there. A/c was out in half of the building and staff seemed to care less, felt bad for those with a 90degree room

No AC in our room....no other rooms available. Left my sunglasses asked if they could ship and charge my card for cost and they said no 'people just come back and get their stuff or we throw it away'

The paint is peeling off the doors, and there are no towel racks in the bathroom. Also, the tub had rust stains and a weak spot that felt like my foot may go through. It was annoying that every time we left the room, the keys had to be reprogrammed.

The location was just off the interstate with many amenities.

The staff! The housekeeping manager was awful she actually asked to seach our room because she accused us of smoking in the room which we did not do. She also complained because we had brought a towel from the pool to the room. The halls were cold and i had wrapped my 1 year old in the towel to carry her back to the room. The baby had spilled a drink and i wiped it up with a wash cloth as i had nothing else. She yelled at me about that too.

Our room had gnats, the tv remote didn’t work, our shower and toilet had stains, the wall’s paint was peeling off.

It was very convenient for the event I went there for. It’s in a great area with lots of stuff around it. The room had a microwave, fridge, and ironing board.

The internet was spotty, I saw a roach in the bathroom, There was a black hair in the eggs at breakfast (could have been anyones so not blaming cook. My fam has light hair so wasn’t ours), the pool was cold and much smaller than it seemed in pics. When I pulled out the nightstand to see if my kids AirPods were there the bed had mold and something spilled and caked on the side of the bed cover things.

We were in the middle of everything. Great Location! We came to go to different places Stranger Things was filmed and was able to go in a circle each day where we were located. There were tons of variety for breakfast, the air worked well in the room.
