I asked for room on first floor and it wasn’t “available”, pool is advertised but the past 4 times we stayed it has not been open. Only 2 washcloths in room. Toilet didn’t flush well.

Walls could have used some scrubbing in some areas. One bed had stained sheets and pillow cases . The staff should wash the shower curtains on occasion.

comfort Inn at I-69 was very quiet and the area was not a busy intersection. That is what appealed to us and was liked very much. The staff were very polite and friendly. We will definitely stay at this place when we come to visit our grandson again.

The website for the motel says they have an indoor heated pool. It is presently not a working pool. This is something that could be remedied by the owners. Staying in a motel is not as much of a 'vacation' as it was prior to a few years ago. We like having our room 'spruced up' each day. We know things have changed due to the pandemic and it is difficult to hire and retain employees and that is why that no longer happens.

Janelle and Jeff were wonderful and responded promptly and courteously to our requests. The breakfast had more options available than a lot of 'breakfast included' motels. The rooms and common areas are clean.

We stayed 2 nights, and I did not receive housekeeping services. I didn’t know I was supposed to ask for it. I was also surprised that the staff did not wear uniforms, but came to work in a T-shirt- even front desk staff. Nevertheless, they made sure we had what we needed when I asked for it.

On first arrival I immediately noticed that it smelled very clean. Our room also had a clean fresh smell. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Even though the property has some age, they work hard to make your stay comfortable.

There is no water pressure in the shower the room looked as if it was barely cleaned half the lights don't work in the room only half your channels come in on the TV. The price is to high for the room the king suit was not what I expected wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

I wish I could have streamed my Netflix or other accounts on the TV. If there was a way, I could not figure it out. But it's definitely not a big deal. Just would have made the stay really, really awesome.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, there was a coffee maker in room with tea bags. Air conditioner worked great and had a consistent sound. If your a light sleeper like me, you know what I'm talking about. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Jeff did a great job keeping it all stocked up for guests. Check in and out was a breeze.
