You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hall smelt. The breakfast didn't stay stocked. Parking was bad. We had to park in the back so we parked down by our room and the side door. Come to find out the side door doesn't open by management choice. We had to walk around the building in the dark to the front of the building. That's a liability waiting to happen. It's not well lit in the back or the side, and the landscape is not maintained, leaving it easy for someone to hide and rob or attack people having to walk around to the front.
The staff was super nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall good place to rest your head especially for the price. The front staff were pretty friendly and free breakfast was a nice bonus. The only thing I didn’t like is the hotel had a bad smell in the front area and on the elevator. Overall though, it was decent place to stay for the price and would recommend to others.

United States of AmericaThe freezer had not been defrosted in some time. There was even someone else’s freezer pack that got left that was frozen solid & unremovable in the freezer. Hence, less space available for us to put ours in. 😩 At our check-out, we turned it off, left door open, placed pans for drip, & reported to staff. 😇 We we recommend that housekeeping should be checking & maintaining the freezers regularly. ❤️
Had a bathtub and a refrigerator WITH a freezer compartment! We have to travel with a few freezer packs for medication. So, we could keep the packs frozen for the trip forward. Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good!

The night reception person made sure to hold their room keys so they wouldn't have to wake me up in the middle of the night. The morning person allowed them to check out an hour late since they enjoyed the night life the night before.
