We stay there every month and there is always something wrong with the room and because of that we have to switch. This time the air conditioner was broken; the new room had no flat sheet on the bed and the TV’s volume was barely audible at 100%.

First room the fridge didn't work, then they moved us to another room, TV was not working and toilet flooded the bathroom, and the shower I asked for was only in the first room. Staff was accommodating and friendly, but I was unable to shower for the entire stay.

Fix the wifi, interrupted my stay multiple times trying to work.

Clean, convenient. Would have been much better if the wifi worked on my side of the hotel. That needs to get fixed to charge the prices you do in my opinion

The bathtub and toilet were stained. The walls were pretty beat up & could use a repaint. The hallways smelled musty.

There were so many stains in the carpet & the tub was slippery with soap scum from not being cleaned properly. Also we were disappointed that the pool was not available considering the weather was great.

Beds were a little worn. We had 2 people in a queen bed and the bed tended to pull you into the middle of it. The edges were a little tough to sleep on.

Hotel was in a great location. Right off the highway, but enough that it wasnt noisy. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was freindly and helpful.

The towels were stained and dingy. There was no ice maker on our floor. Stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room during the stay. There was no air on in the lobby so we were sweating while having breakfast.

The room was clean. Everything worked properly in the room and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was always friendly and extremely helpful!

On arrival, we found that the front sliding doors were not working and had to manually be pulled back, elevator needed to be cleaned inside and out pretty bad, the water accent out front needed to be cleaned out as well.. it was so full of algae that it looked a little like grass growing in it at first glance. And the bathroom floors need to be cleaned really well. It is really hard to get the grout clean around those larger tiles.

it was a nice and quiet location off of the interstate, it came with a refrigerator and had tons of places to sit in the room including a couch and a cushioned bench. For the price this king room was booked for, it was fine for one night.

It smelled dirty. The towels were bright white and clean for the most part, but some of the washcloths were dingy. Guests should not be expected to use a gray, brownish towel. Also, the shower curtain was yellow and dingy at the bottom. Also, lights should be installed in the driveway leading up to the hotel. It was very dark and hard to find the way at night.

There's nothing there not to LOVE

I fell in love with the place as I pulled up I loved how beautiful and nice welcoming and fresh and clean all over the building plus the staff are very welcoming I really enjoyed the stay and ready for the next one THANKS EVERYONE
