It was quite shabby and not being maintained well. Much of the furniture, paint, and bedding were worn out!

inconsistent policies and procedures: booked hotel because of airport shuttle, however, shuttle doesn’t run before 5 am. staff told us that they’d pay for an Uber any time before 5 am, at 4 am when we came to the desk to get to an Uber called, staff then told us that they can’t call an Uber for us and that doing so would be deducted out of their paycheck. this makes for a poor experience of a hotel that markets itself as an airport hotel with shuttle

It didn’t find a swimming pool. The housekeepers kept knocking on the door to see if we were in there at 8am,9,10,11, it got so annoying they even opened the door one time and I told her we are still sleeping … it was frustrating and disturbing!!! The check out is 12 so why the rudeness of waking us up every hour?!?! I felt so rushed to get out when I paid for the service and room..

I reserved the room for 5 people. When we got to the room we had to ask for sheets and blanket for the sofa sleeper and the mattress for the sofa sleeper had two big stains on it. The restroom supples had enough towels for 2 people. The following morning when I requested more towels the cleaning lady told me they only put enough towels for two people and just stood there and looked at me… I told her we had 5 people in the room and she repeated we only give 2 towels. We went back and forth with explaining because she only spoke Spanish and I speak Spanish as well but not fluently. When she finally realized I was frustrated is when she decided to give me 2 more towels….lol not enough for the rest of us. At approximately 9:55 the cleaning staff opened our door without knocking and proceeded to enter the room by this time I had had it and was ready just to leave.

front desk staff were very friendly! property is a walk away from a Denny’s. property was only 20 minutes away from the Germania Amphitheater.

people next door were very noisy with screaming kids between the hours of 10pm and midnight and I had to call the dying desk twice. they did not offer to discount my room for my troubles which made me feel like they genuinely did not care about my experience there. I lost sleep and would hesitate to return :/
