We got in very late on a long road trip, the night manager and staff were fabulous. Even offered to leave breakfast out if we planned to head out before it started. Anything we asked for we got. The room was great for a family of five. Great value, friendly people, clean room.

My kids were told they couldn’t “jump” into the pool…. Hard to tell kids they can’t jump into a pool but they listened and apologized.

They ran out of alot things during breakfast. Always had to constantly ask for forks or orange juice. Also, they need to do a garbage and towel check every day. We had a ton of garbage by time we left and had to go get more washclothes.

What we booked for online with booking.com was not the same room we checked into. We booked a room with a wooden divider between the King bed and the pull out couch which was why we booked the room in the first place. In the actual room there was no divider between the king bed and pull out bed where 2 family members were to sleep. We had 4 people in the room total. We were surprised the pull out couch bed pulled out perpendicular to the king bed nearly touching the king bed. This set up may have been ok with 2 people only in the room where you would not have to open the sofa sleeper creating very little space in the room to move. It was quite a surprise to roll back the crumpled, tired king bed sheets and find 2 human hairs and what looked like a blood stain. We pulled out the pull out couch and found numerous small dark stiff small animal like hairs on the tired, rumpled bed sheets. One chair had food crumbs in in. We fled the room to the front desk and explained what we had found. The front desk attendant apologized and changed us to a more acceptable room after letting us inspect it. The second room had a divider between the two double beds and the pull out bed. One of the pull out bed cushions was ripped and the internal foam exposed. There was a 1.5 inch burn mark on the flooring upon entering the room. At first we thought it to be part of an expired cockroach or slug which was sluggish in its movements. There was a 8 inch or so in diameter red stain on the carpet to the left of the wall near the closet which held extra beddings. We would be delighted if booking.com would attract us to come back to a hotel room for free with no surprises. We thank you for your consideration and trusting us to write accurate reviews.

Spacious room, at least the second one which we were given in exchange for the filthy one we were first booked into. Liked having the coffee brewer in the room. Good room lay out with 2 double beds on the right, then a small wooden divider separating the double beds and the pull out couch area. Movable flat screen tv positioned well to see from pull out/couch/living space. Nice view from window.

Booked an accessible room, and it was a regular room. The couch was not very clean. The shower / bathroom door layout not designed well. You have to enter the shower to turn on the water.

How thin the walls were. Had to be very quiet or the lady in the room next to us got angry. There was broken USB ports in our room and there was a hair tie and crumbs on the floor in our room when we checked in.

Breakfast was cold. And there was one receptionist that wasn't the friendliest. She didn't seem very happy to be there or to answer our questions. Seemed very annoyed.

I requested a room with a bathtub at the time of my booking but there was no tub in my room. Also, I was there because my mom has been very sick and was put on Hospice care. I was planning to stay two days but I tried canceling one night because my mom passed away. I was still charged for both nights even though I went down and explained the situation to the staff. She told me she could cancel it and refund the second night but I haven’t been refunded yet.
