Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to complain about.
Breakfast options were satisfying and the coffee was good. Hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The smell of chocolate chip cookies baking upon arrival at check-in was an A-plus greeting!! The cookies are available to guests. Only wish they were available all day long!

Breakfast was minimal, but that might have been because of the very early hour I had to leave (3:45AM); just fruit, a few muffins and coffee. I don't drink coffee so there wasn't any other choice like juice. Not many opportunities for dinner around there, except for fast food.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Fuzzy towels! Close to airport; shuttle available.

The room was almost too big and lacked a warm decor; also the automated window shade did not shut completely to keep out light. Overall the room was functional and adequate.
I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. Nothing is like a welcoming greeting to set the tone for a stay. We also appreciated the long term parking arrangement in which we paid to leave our car at the hotel while we were traveling.

Didn’t know we had to make a reservation to park there while on holiday.

Smell of other guests heating up food in their rooms, though fan setting finally cleared it.

Off hand, I can't think of anything we didn't like. Not luxurious but fine for our brief stay.
Love the location near the airport--and the airport shuttle service is great! It was just a one-night stay but we have stayed this Holiday Inn Express & Suites location before and would do so again.

We arrived after dark so not sure where the trucks were backing up all night . Beep beep beep. Tried the heating/ cooling unit fan to create white noise but wasn’t perfect

I was not told your shuttle from the airport to the hotel was provided by a service other than your own, so I waited long for it.
Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and guided me to how I could order food brought in. Breakfast was good.

The very noisy guests that were up late celebrating a birthday. Slamming doors, talking loud and running the hallway.

Overflow drain in bathroom sink was visibly filthy. And connecting door to next room did not lock - which I reported to the desk.

The elevator is really slow, but minor issue compared to overall stay.
We stayed in a room that was a king bed suite. It was a large space and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having an option for pillow firmness. For breakfast there was a good variety. I was very happy to see sausage gravy and biscuits, one of my favorites, that I don’t see in hotels very often. Dove shampoo, conditioner and soaps are provided in the bathroom which is a nice touch.

Happy you served oatmeal and had milk, toppings for it as well. Yogurt and juices appreciated, as well as the omelet sausage and breakfast roll made a selection that satisfied our family
