You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very loud near the highway. Lots of road noise. Our TV didn't work so had to call to get fixed. Breakfast was served less than warm.
Room was great. Jet tub was amazing.

We were booked on 4th floor of the highway side of the property which at times was a little noisy if a loud vehicle was passing by. I would definitely recommend requesting the 'mountain view' facing rooms.
The breakfast options were plentiful and ranged from health-conscious to waffle lovers delight. The front desk & all other associates were friendly and helpful. The property was clean, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient to all places we wanted to visit. We were in town for a wedding and this location was in close proximity to great hikes, restaurants, as well as the venue. This was my first stay in a Comfort Suites and I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the area.

The eggs at breakfast are so awful that they can’t be eaten. They are like a dehydrated egg and it’s remarkably bad. If a person set out to make a bad scrambled egg they would have a hard time making worse eggs.

Our room had several garbage items from previous guest that we had to pick up before our toddler got to. Policy says no pets, but the bed skirts had ample pet hair on them. One douvet had a cigarette burn.
Rooms are large, well laid out. Staff were kind. Guest laundry was easily accessible. Breakfast was fabulous daily.

The bathtub had slow water drainage. The furniture was somewhat outdated.
The location was convenient. We were close to shops and restaurants. Being by the main highway was also a plus. The staff was very cordial.

No housekeeping until after the 3rd night. I stayed for 3 nights. It’s not a deal breaker and I’d stay with them again but it’s a nice to have.

I don't have anything I disliked about my stay. I would certainly return.
Breakfast was surprising. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Nice variety of items. View was very pretty. Within walking distance to starbucks and eatery. Gave easy access to Broomfield and Westminster. Hotel was very clean. And I enjoyed conversing with the reservation desk staff. They were pleasant. Pool area was clean and water temp just right.

Could improve on the breakfast. When we were there, the juice machine was empty and it could use some cleaning behind it. The coffee creamers were stuck together and sticky. Had no knives the 4 days we were there.

Breakfast was fine but not a match to the standards of the rest of the hotel. The biscuits were almost impossible to cut through.
