You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaLower the beds somehow. Update the bathroom bathtub difficult to climb into for an older person (I’m 81) and add a horizontal grab bar.
Didn’t use the breakfast bar. Self serve ice cream and frozen dinner freezer poorly stocked. Bathroom out dated. Bed was very comfortable. TV was easy to use and had plenty of programming. Rooms were quiet and heater regulated the temperature perfectly.

United States of AmericaThe staff wasn't always the nicest. They didn't give us enough towels and when asking for more they were weird about it. The breakfast was hot but it wasn't the best tasting. They area around the hotel is on the nicer side of town but there was some strange people waiting around in the lobby that seem to not be guest.
