Gates were open Saturday night front doors not locked after 12 am and side door open widely the room didn’t have blow dryer and tv not working due to no batteries (remote)I did let the lady know she was no help

Elevator was broken and it didn’t seem like it was a priority to get it fixed, as we were there for 3 nights and no one worked on it at all. Very inconvenient with 3 children.

It was dirty everywhere. The breakfast area, dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty elevator and dirty hallway. There was a dog in the pool area and another dog in our opposite room. The hallway smells and the guests on another room is smoking while his door is open. The hallway smells like smoke. It is by far the “worst managed” Comfort Suite we had stayed at NON-guest are swimming in the pool. The back doors are never closed, there’s a rock wedge on the door to keep it from closing and even if you take the rock off, the doors won’t shut. It has great potential but it will need a revamp in facilities management.

This location needs more than one front desk person especially during the day. I had to wait for someone to come and check me in past 10 minutes, even with me ringing the doorbell and check in was even longer because the clerk was confused about my stay even though I pre-booked and paid online. Also, the janitorial staff had their cleaning supplies left in the ONE elevator the hotel had which put me significantly behind my schedule after the check-in incident.

everything was ok and looked exactly like the pictures but the service was not really great.

Nov 14 night front desk young lady was not friendly. Gave us 1 key for 4 people. Asked if there were towels for 4 people in our room. She didn’t know 4 people were in my party or towel situation ( used Booking.com and listed 4 adults). I was told that if there wasn’t 4 towels to come back and she’ll get some. I was tired from driving and didn’t want to track back to the office. Front desk staff in morning of 11/15 was very nice.

The pool was not clean (water was green). More importantly, our toilet in our room looked like someone used it before we did. Not flushed or clean. Breakfast- no eggs the whole time we were eating.

The housekeeper never came to my room. I had to keep going to the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. The street that it's on looks more like an alleyway than an actual road.

The breakfast was good. I like that it was close to the interstate and had restaurants close by.

I was good but the fold out beds didn't have sheets and we had to keep going down to get some. Housekeeping was no help at all.

The friendliness and nice it was nice and quiet. Fairly clean.

The first room we were put in with 2 queen beds and sofa, one of the beds had pee and smelled so horrible, the other bed had hair on it in multiple places. The second room was better with the bedding expect the sofa bed, when I opened the sofa bed there were no sheets on it (or anywhere in the room for it) the bed had a halls cough drop in the middle of the bed. Towels were stained with hair in them as well.

The second room we were put in was very roomy.

The first room had pee stains on pillow cases. And the tile on the bathroom floor was loose my toddler tripped on it an the couch had tears on it where my toddler could get it and they never put wet floor signs down when mopping the hallways or lobby. The outside grounds was dirty with trash then by the third day they cleaned the grounds a little I feel like the hotel could have been cleaner and more organized

Everything could have been better, from the cleanliness to the condition of the hotel. There was an old sock left in our room from the previous guest, the pillows were terrible and we were woken up at 3 am from water pouring out of our ceiling and onto the floor. It looked as though it had happened many times before because it had been patched and painted over several times. I did not notice the spot on the ceiling when we arrived only after the leak began. When i called the staff about the leak they were unbothered by it and rude. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place was filthy!!! The bathroom was missing the knob to get in. There were broken pictures on the walls. There were holes in the walls. This place is not as nice as the pictures show it to be.
