TV didn’t work, hallways dirty, pool & exercise room not monitored & children left unsupervised

I ask front desk for a 1:00am wake up call and nobody called. Almost missed my bus to nyc. When I informed the front desk, they said nothing. Also, no coffee.

No bedding in the room for the sofa bed, the sofa bed mattress was all springs, shower head was held up with a hair tie

Not sure why we had a handicap room and no cleaning services after 3 days as it stated. We did receive extra towels upon request Would have preferred option for coffee in our room but without filters it wasn’t an option.

the shower was not all that clean. there were minimum or no snacks drinks available for purchase. the breakfast selection was limited and the coffee was exceptionally weak.

Short staffed. Note in the bathroom has directions of need more of anything call front desk but when you called front desk you basically had to come down to get them. Pool area never any towels. I had 4 total staying and when we got there they only had 2 towels in the bathroom. Over all it was ok.

The cleanliness, Small pool with unclear water in it and the bed was not very firm or comfortable.

As I got to the 3rd floor and walked out the elevator, All I saw were bed sheets in the hallway next to every hotel room door just about.

Hotel literally in middle of empty deserted space … glad got there in daylight. Upon arrival two employees outside front entrance and using profanity… too much for me and I’m not a prude but started to wonder if I should continue with check-in. Front desk was nice and simple… mentioned the above. Had to use restroom On first floor and walked by closed pool and the choline smell was choking. Room was nice size but everything was dated. Okay clean but no Kleenex or extra toilet paper or don’t disturb sign. Wifi iffy but frig worked and beds were comfortable. Room very cold upon entering and had difficult time adjusting to comfort level … went from cold to very warm during night. Told upon check out that they don’t provide don’t disturb signs … you have to know to alert front desk so housekeeping doesn’t disturb … what? All in all … one night and we slept but would really be one of my last choices. And free breakfast was yuck … rotten bananas and small coffee cups with no lids.

I did not like that all my expectations was wrong everything was dirty and cafeteria very poor I was expecting at least a restaurant. I paid $189 for one nightmare

I like that had breakfast included but it was really bad, eggs so watery no good it all very disappointed I like that had a pool but not clean

The pool was not heated and there was no jacuzzi for adults. I also had trouble with the bolt locking on the inside the first night and the power had gone out and shut off the room key the second night.

It was a convenient location, and the pool for the kids was a perk.
