If you are there for medical reasons, don't use booking.com. I was able to complete my medical stuff early and have had difficulty ensuring that I am not being charged for time I didn't use. It's not the hotel's fault. It's a fault of the process. If things get worked out with the process and I don't have to pay for time I didn't use, I'll update the review.

The breakfast was good, what made it special was the person working the buffet. Hotel staff were always pleasant and quick with a greeting.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty, stained, and in one spot sticky. The staff at the reception when we checked in was not very friendly. She didn’t even smile or greet us. She seemed annoyed.

The suites/rooms were huge and very spacious. I booked this hotel in a rush one day and had by accident selected a room that is accessible. I’m not sure if that was the reason our room was so spacious. In comparison to regular hotel rooms, this was pretty big. Comfortable beds. Decent complimentary breakfast. Very convenient location.

The hotel front desk was short staffed during arrival with only one person running check-ins and between other various area's of the hotel, so check-in took some time considering there were only two guest parties in front of me, everyone was waiting. Check-in went smoothly & quickly once I got to the desk. The overnight staff that delivers the room receipts for check-out messed up my room bill with that of another guest (my room was 407 and I received the billing for room 307). As someone who has recently had issues with personal vandalism at my home address, this privacy breach was upsetting, considering my information was distributed to another guest. The front desk person apologized and admitted she had done the mistake, but it still doesn't resolve the fact it happened. Also, the hot tub/spa was not working due to 'no heat'. this was disappointing as i was hoping to use this amenity.

The facility was nicely appointed and clean. The staff had hot dogs, cookies and lemonade/juice available upon arrival. The rooms was very large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great, the sausage patties were cold even though I arrived fairly early in the breakfast schedule.

Very comfortable bed! That was great. Shower leaked onto floor and needs to be updated as it can no longer be really clean. Staff was very friendly, if there were too few employees we understand that. No towels, no regular coffee, no body wash or soap in our room I had to ask for it.

There are very few jets in the hot tub, and the water was extremely hot. It was much more like an excessively hot bath than a hot tub experience. The breakfast was in a to-go bag. If we would have known this, we would have stayed somewhere else. We have had a breakfast buffet at a hotel within the past couple of months, so COVID had not interrupted breakfast for that hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location was easily accessible.

We booked a queen suite with two queen beds and a pullout coach. I received a handicap accessible king suite with one bed and a couch. The front desk staff seemed to not care and said it was what I booked on Priceline and that is what they have in their computer. This didn’t accommodate my family and left half of them sleeping on a small couch. I tried to show them my confirmation sheet from Priceline which listed the accommodation I had booked and they didn’t seem to care. They pretty much told me my confirmation sheet was wrong and to take it or leave it.

Non smoking property !! Bad experience night before at another place in town!! Front desk lady at check in was amazing !!! Was decorated even for fall beautifully!! Definitely a new top favorite to book when in Fargo!
