Cleaning need to be improved

The room and the hallway did not smear good.

the Breakfast was a little shady. The ketchup packets were all stuck together by some unknown substance. I took a bight of my raise bran and had a long black hair stuck between the cereal and my teeth. I don't know if a hairnet would help or what but it was unpleasant. The main door to the room doesn't completely meet the ground so there's lots of hallway noise and light that leaks into the room.

The price couldn't be beat. We weren't at the hotel much, but while we were there it was adequate. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was easy.

Closet Door did not close, Bathroom door would not stay open, there was plastic paper in the heating unit(From Previous Guest), Couch had lot's of stains, fridge had black mildew on the glass shelves and the TV was tiny.

Breakfast was bad they need more items to use like toaster, waffle maker it would be great to upgrade the food items also the couch in the rooms.

I didn't care that the room needed a very deep clean..lots of dirt marks all over the walls. I think with a very thorough deep cleaning this place could go from a B/C rating to a solid B on my book. My lock on my door was broken but oddly I felt safe with just the top lock and we did try to enter the room ourselves and it wouldn't open without the key anyways. Advertised as kitchenette but there were zero dishes of any kind...when I mentioned this he was aware..apparently within last 2 weeks ownership has changed hands and he's hoping for upgrades to hotel. I have a very bad back and the beds were comfy but zero firmness so I tossed and turned and woke up in alot of pain.

Gentlemen working was very pleasant and accommodating best he could and tried to remedy issues. I liked it was super quiet and ease to get to. NO BUGS!!!!!

The front desk clerks are very nosey and not real bright. Or nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was being up all night due to the neighbors up and talking really loud. Couldn’t sleep and I was with my family. But, called the front desk and they easily fix the issue so that was great. I know that you can’t control every situation but I’m glad they fix that issue.

I like how convenient the area I was staying in. It was pretty decent, don’t expect it to be a high rise place to stay in. It’s just a place to stay for the night.

The hallway carpet on both floors and the stairwells were very dirty. I suggest a steam cleaning at least once a month. On the first day we had breakfast, we noticed the yogurt was expired. We did not have breakfast on the property for the rest of the week. The shower was dirty and the bathtub faucet leaked continuously. The refrigerator in the room also leaked. The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The bed was on rollers.

The location of the hotel was awesome! It was near everything we needed! The housekeeping staff was excellent even though we struggled through a language barrier, they were super sweet and kind!

Roaches in the bathroom! Carpet need to be cleaned very bad in the hallways! Beds squeak very badly. Didn’t come clean the room the next day.

People smoking Marijuana in their rooms, so it wafts in from the hallway. There was No shower chair in the handicapped room and beds are too high for it being a handicapped room!

room 148 was being cleaned upon check-in, room smelled of mildew, refrigerator was unplugged and smelly, walls could be cleaned off(stains and dead bugs), stand where microwave was stationed was broken, closet rod broken, bathroom shower rod BROKEN, toilet paper roll holder not welded to the wall and rusted, their were no drain stoppers in either shower or sink, toilet did not flush and had to plunge our own toilet, hallway carpet on main floor heavily stained, back door did not lock for safety but has a room key pad to unlock the door, also the property had multiple no smoking signs yet a guest was smoking his mary-j with his partner located near my room.

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and the beds were not very comfortable. It took over 4 days to get my deposit back on my card.

We did not try the breakfast. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.

I found multiple roaches in the room. Crawling across the floor, in the drawers. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The hallways smelled from the carpet like mildew/urine.

It was pretty quiet. The staff was nice.

charged my card twice for 292.00 I finally got it fixed with my bank. The carpet was dirty in the hallways and the first room we had smelt like cigarette smoke.
