The folding couch bed felt less than a twin air mattress.

The bathroom smelled like urine so i purchased cleaning supplies and recleaned the room myself. Also the staff is confused on 3rd party purchasing so I was charged two deposits

The fridge was dirty, the picture in the bathroom had a large hand print on it. The mirror in the room was dirty. The sofa needs cleaning and the cushions were on backwards. The backboard on both beds is very dirty. The covid 19 regulations sure don't apply in this case. There needs to be an inspection of these rooms before guests arrive .

The location was nice, the breakfast was nice and the coffee was delicious. I like the fact that there was a let out bed.

The freezer part in the room had a bunch of dry ice frozen in it til I couldn’t put anything in the freezer. I’ve never been to a hotel and had a fridge that had a bunch of dry ice like that.

They were able to accommodate my mom who is in a wheelchair by putting us on the first floor. I really appreciated that

Barking dog next door and the people yelling at it to shut up. LOT of noise in the hallway . The hotel itself and staff were great. Inconsiderate guest the ONLY problem

The front desk person she was rude and unprofessional my husband on the last night Was in the lobby talking to another guest and she was discussing us to someone else but loud enough that everyone could hear. Because upon check-in it wasn't on the site that cash app or chime is not acceptable so I went to the car and got our business card which my husband's name is on and his ID and mine with both the same address same last name it was refused she said he had to come in. But the comment she made to someone else the next night was It wasn't her business anyway it was his which is no one's business that we had a business or who she thought

Parking they allow trucks to double park and it leaves no parking we had to park the car behind a truck at the front door due to no parking and when we tried to report it to front desk phone stayed busy till morning I was so scared I was going to wake up & my car be towed

I called on the day of check and ask the morning before I got there to see why I was was I charged for the room and I requested to pay at the property. Her response was. BOOKING DON'T RUN THE Hotel. AND WE STARTED CHARGING EVERYONE CARD AT 7AM and if your card decline we going to cancel your reservation!!!!. IF THE HOTEL IS NOT GOING TO USE PAY AT THE PROPERTY. Please contact your third party billing "BOOKING.COM" or any others to fix this. I am requiring a free weekend stay. Also the comforter was raggedy. The wash rag face rag had black spots in them. This location what's the worst with the customer service I don't know what the cashier or receptionist name was but we came in on the 19th Friday and she was very rude to me and that is very unprofessional if she didn't want to work she should have stayed home. Also I thought it was a smoke-free building why did I walk out my room and smell weed I know you can't watch the whole building and what goes on inside the building but sometime during the night the front desk person should come and walk the Halls sometime during the night to see or make sure no one is smoking in your facility. My address telephone number is located on this reservation I will be looking for the complimentary weekend stay at this facility to make it better. Asked for a ground level room due to a handicap. Actually received a text from the hotel that they would be able to fulfill my request. Upon arrival the extremely RUDE clerk informed us that they had already filled those rooms. I even showed her the.message from the hotel. We did check in and our room was acceptable, although a good distance from the elevator for a customer using two canes. It was the clerk's attitude and her hateful tone of voice that made all the difference

The staff. My stay was fine. The staff member working the front desk last night was rude and unprofessional. I couldn't see anyone at the desk due to him sitting down in the middle, behind a side. It wasn't until he said "yea" that I looked and realized that anyone is working. I told him that I was checking to which he responded "ain't not more check ins". I then told him that site allowed me to book the room so yes, I can check in. He then asked me when I booked them room. I told him that it was less than an hour ago. He checked the system, then old me that l can pay the deposit. He didn't apologize for being rude, dismissive or unprofessional. I've stayed here before and the staff are never this rude. He also was sitting there in a jacket, zipped to his face partially covering it, with the hood on his head. He didn't look like he worked there. He looked like he was just chilling. Other than that, my room was fine.

Couldn't get all the local channels on the TV. Wanted to watch the SEC football championship game on CBS but it would not come up.

Frig was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. I had asked for a room on the quieter side which they didn't have. We were on 3rd floor by the freeway and the noise all night was incredibly loud.
