We booked the presidential suite for the hot tub. When my wife got in it with a full tub and turned on the jets, it sprayed out a whole bunch of mildew or some other kind of nastiness. The room was warm and we had a difficult time getting it cool enough. We had to keep the fan on all night just to keep from being overly hot. The space in the presidential suite was nice, but it was very barren. There was hardly any furniture to fill the space. It was just a big open space.

The size of the presidential suite was quite large. The hotel was close to restaurants. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was decent. The man at the front desk was very accommodating.

The hotel is under construction and the rooms smelled like fresh paint. The couch in the room had been used to stand on for maintenance, there were dusty footprints all over it. The furniture was old and the room was kind of small. For almost $200 a night I would've expected better. We stayed in a much nicer hotel the next night that was over $40 cheaper per night and the over all experience was just nicer in Oxford and the staff was nicer and eager to please.

Just a strong smell downstairs maybe coming from the renovation activity. Beds were small for two people and I like mine softer, but not something that would prevent me from coming back.

The rooms were updated and clean. Continental breakfast was the usual. It was good. Staff was friendly. Located close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Sofa bed needs cleaning. Botched up repair on Bathroom door. Could not close door. Door needs replacing.

My kids wanted to go swimming but because the pool is only open from 10-8 we couldn’t. If the pool had been open til 10 or 11 pm it would have been better. We only stayed one night so it made it hard to swim.

Our room was very musty and the bathroom had some mildew. The toilet had a slow drip behind the tank. The swimming pool water looked green, but it appears they are remodeling.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, replenished timely.

Breakfast wasn't great in comparison to other hotels we stay in. Pool looked cloudy and area a bit unclean.

the mildew smell in our room, it was on the first floor. it could be from a leak. it definitely should be looked at.

I LOVED the breakfast, I mean handsome the best comfort suites breakfast I’ve had. I recommend the waffles! the staff was very friendly as well. the only bad thing I have to say about it is that there was a mildew smell in our room. they might have a mold problem at least on the first floor.

The bathroom was in poor shape. Floor tile was coming up, shower curtain barely on the wall. It seemed like there had been water damage. Probably shouldn't rent that room out until it's fixed.

I was on the second floor. I didn't like that I had to go to the first or third floor to get ice. The other thing was that you could here the stumping of the people on the third floor.

I like the room. It's was beautiful and comfortable. The service was great and helpful. The employees had a beautiful attitude.

Handicap bath did not match description or pictures. There was no walk in shower. Instead there was a tub which was inaccessible to my wife in a wheelchair.

Breakfast was less than stellar. Poor variety and quality online price was lower that booking.com price.

The pool wasn’t open late. One of the major reasons I booked it was so my 4 year old could swim on the evening or early morning before we left and we didn’t get the chance to do either with getting in after 8pm and leaving before 10am.

Close to highway. Hotel layout easy to navigate.
