The fire alarm was pulled by an individual during out stay at about 3 in the morning. it absolutely scared us awake out of our sleep but I do understand it was not the fault of the hotel or its staff.

The breakfast was simply okay- It really could use some updating but at the end of the day it serves its purposed.

The handheld shower head wasn’t the best. The signage to locate the building is nonexistent. It seems like the building was built backwards.

I have stayed at this Hotel 14 times on my way to and from Florida and I am becoming more disatisfied with it. The breakfast us to be real eggs and now it offers these round yellow things which have no taste. It also offered croisants for breakfast which is no longer done. Our room was on the 2nd floor, which housed 2 little dogs who were barking occasionally.

Booked king room was placed in 2 full size beds. Could smell marijuana near the check in area. Homeless person around the premises throughout the day and night.

I was surprised that pets were allowed to stay. Everytime we walked down the hallway a dog barked at us from one of the rooms. I hate to think I am staying in a room that a dog occupied before us.

The blanket covering the bed was filthy and trash was in the elevator the housekeeper kept walking in our room before we even left my wife was on the commode when the housekeeper walked in very inappropriate

I couldn't adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. My neighbors were afraid of my dog. They infringed on my right to use the facilities at the hotel. He doesn't growl, he is NOT an aggressive breed. (Havanese) He wanted to be petted and to give kisses. He is definitely a cuddly dog. He didn't chase anyone. Was on a leash at all times. Perhaps those people should be reminded that it is a dog friendly hotel.

First the good news: EGGS FOR BREAKFAST makes me so happy. Then the bad news: The coffee was not the best, but it had caffiene

We were confused as to why the restocking of washcloths, bath mats, and (regular) coffee was so difficult for the maid service to understand. We ended up using hand towels for washcloths, towels for bath mats, and had to walk downstairs to get a cup of coffee on most of the mornings. For some reason all of the luggage carts disappeared by 5:30 a.m. the day we checked out. Required 3 trips for luggage etc. Not appreciated by 76 year old travelers.

Facility clean a well kept. Staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast was convenient.

My wife and I were not happy with the breakfast at all. We have stayed at this hotel about 12 times and one of the reasons we stay there is the breakfast had been decent for the money we had payed in the past. The fake eggs we round circles of something which did not have any taste but was yellow. There was no bacon instead there were these round sausage things. Usually they have some decent buns but not this time. This was a very disappointing breakfast.

The coffee was good and so was the yogurt.

I have asthma and the smell of the cleaning products was very strong! I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel but wish an unscented cleaner or one with a milder scent could be used. I have had this same problem at other hotels. The strong smell can cause me to have asthma attacks.

The hotel was very clean & staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good took!

Scrambled eggs. Sausage patty was like sawdust. Son felt badly after eating breakfast. Forced himself to throw it up and then felt OK. Bacon next day was very good. Furniture in suite was sparse.

Breakfast was rather poor, enjoyed only the juice, bacon and coffee, Should offer croissants. Bread selection very dull. Staff both at desk and dining room were very helpful. They were best part of our stay.
