You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This facility was kind of cool in design and was right next to the river. Nice path to walk along the river and the breakfast fare was not to shabby(for grab an go items). Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. They were in the middle of a remodel, but notified us before we arrived(weeks in advance), in case we wanted to book elsewhere.

CanadaIt appeared that there had not been a final inspection and cleaning of the room after the renovation....it was missing a plug-in cover in the bathroom, overspray was not cleaned off the towel bars. The windows and door to balcony thresholds were dirty with construction materials.

CanadaThe hotel lobby was under construction, I think this is why the room rate was discounted. It did not bother us at all. However, upon arrival there were several people standing at the check-in desk and no attendant to be found. One woman there stated that she had been waiting for over 1 hour. Very unprofessional! I found all of our keys neatly stacked on the desk and everyone was free to go to their rooms. Later, we went out for dinner, and when returning after 2 hours, there was still no one at the desk; but another group of people waiting to check-in. I showed them where their keys were. There were two people at the desk the following morning, mystified when I told them about the lack of personnel the night before.
I have wanted to stay at this hotel for years, and finally got the chance. The room itself was spacious and clean! The view from the 12th floor was amazing - everything that I had expected. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had ALL the channels.
