Need to improve cleanliness, toilet bowl is dirty when we check in, didn’t clean at all.

Location is perfect, Idaho falls is 3minutes away just infront of the hotel.

Our room didn't look like it had been cleaned to well, but otherwise a good resting stop.

This facility was kind of cool in design and was right next to the river. Nice path to walk along the river and the breakfast fare was not to shabby(for grab an go items). Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. They were in the middle of a remodel, but notified us before we arrived(weeks in advance), in case we wanted to book elsewhere.

The room and facilities were nice. However they had painters painting the outside of their 8 floor hotel. They got overspray all over our car. We have contacted the hotel many times to get this problem corrected. They seem to be giving us the run around.

It appeared that there had not been a final inspection and cleaning of the room after the renovation....it was missing a plug-in cover in the bathroom, overspray was not cleaned off the towel bars. The windows and door to balcony thresholds were dirty with construction materials.

Some of the outlets in my room didn't work, was unable to charge my phone by the bed, so I could use it as my alarm. I realize they are remodeling, but elevators could have been cleaner, you can tell they are being used to moved material and crews.

When I booked online, nothing was said about the Pet Deposit fee of $25.00. We paid it but it would have been better if we knew we would have to.

The hotel lobby was under construction, I think this is why the room rate was discounted. It did not bother us at all. However, upon arrival there were several people standing at the check-in desk and no attendant to be found. One woman there stated that she had been waiting for over 1 hour. Very unprofessional! I found all of our keys neatly stacked on the desk and everyone was free to go to their rooms. Later, we went out for dinner, and when returning after 2 hours, there was still no one at the desk; but another group of people waiting to check-in. I showed them where their keys were. There were two people at the desk the following morning, mystified when I told them about the lack of personnel the night before.

I have wanted to stay at this hotel for years, and finally got the chance. The room itself was spacious and clean! The view from the 12th floor was amazing - everything that I had expected. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had ALL the channels.
