The beds were uncomfortable; the phone did not work. I was unable to call for room service. The light in the bathroom blinked uncontrollably.

The lock on my room door on the outside was broken and held on by tape!! It was very hard to get into the room because the door was damaged and the lock would not recognize the key card unless you swiped it at least five times....which was very annoying. Other than the door issues and no Hot Breakfast my room was wonderful. The soft king sized bed was the best part of it all.....I slept well!!

They did not have a Hot Breakfast because they were waiting on a new stove/oven...no eggs, sausage, bacon etc. everyone was disappointed...had yogurt, fruit and bagels....I needed some protein so I went to a restaurant to get some breakfast.

Found some trash in my room when I checked in. The room seemed fairly clean otherwise. The fitness center was small and didn’t offer a lot. The breakfast was a little disappointing but it’s free so no big deal.

The walls were thin, and you could hear people yelling and slamming doors all night.

The breakfast was horrible the cornbeef and hash was nasty and the waffle mix was real oily. They have the room to have a better breakfast.The indoor pool had sand at the bottom of the edges and corners.

The breakfast was not as good as I had hoped for. There were no waffle mixture, and there was no milk for the cereal.  I did not have hot water in the shower, but it was tolerable. 

The property was located in a nice quiet area. Easy access in and out of the parking lot.

Ash left by bedside lamp in room. Reported dog pee on the tiled floor in the reception to the lady on duty. It was still there over an hour later. Staff did not appear to care.

Need better service about key activation to access the rooms. I was very disappointed for having to stand outside in lobby for about 45 minutes, with about 15 or more others, after a long, tiresome day with cranky kids after returning back from a family reunion. The bathroom had brown stuff around the outside on the sides, Sheets had hair on them. Thought maybe i would've been reimbursed something for my misery,especially since I had to pay for two rooms.. Poor hospitality! Our Family resides there every year for Family Reunion, but I think next year we may have to change location

Door was almost physically impossible to open by me. I had to get Staff or passers by to open it for me. Everyone struggled including the Staff to get the stuck door open each time with shoving on it to get into the room.The room had a dampness issue as the tissues and TP were limp from dampness in the room. A dog in the next door room whined and barked most nights of my several day stay, all hours of the night, and I am not sure whether it was left unattended, the owners were deaf or what was occurring. I tried calling the Front Desk but the room phone didn't work though plugged in. I tried to call the Front Desk from my cell phone and no response. I checked out. I've stayed here before and had a better experience. Would I return at some point in the future to give the Comfort Suites another chance? Perhaps since so far its a 50/50 split with 1 good stay and this not a good stay. But there are so many other good hotels that deserve the business so maybe not?

The tub was dripping, not clean and had been painted. I borrowed cleaner from the front desk and tried to clean it but wasn't successful. The ring was still there, and the paint started coming off. The tub needs to be replaced.
